The rapid pounding on the door becomes much more quick paced. "Kishimoto!" The sound of Aaron's voice comes through the bedroom door, demanding and harsh - mean, almost. "Open the door!"

Kenji goes towards the door, causing me to recoil. "Kenji!" I whisper the harsh and gruelling.

"What do you want me to do J?" He asks me, looking as panicked as I am. "I mean, he is right, you need to go back to resting."

I scoff, sick and tiered of everyone telling me what is good for me. Though, I do now feel the weakness of my muscles, and the raging pain that slices through my neck.

I waltz over to the door, opening it to find a worried looking Aaron. "Love, you can't do that." Once he sees me, his face turns slightly angry. "You can't just run off when you were in a coma a few days ago!"

I sigh, accepting defeat. "Okay, I'm sorry." My head falls, looking at the floor. "I'll rest like you want me to."

I see the relief flush through Aaron, it looks, to me, as if, all the tenseness that he once held has been cured by the seven simple words that I just uttered. "Thank goodness." He responds. "Come on my love," he reaches out for me, "let's get you back to the hospital room. You need as much rest as you can get, sweetheart."

I turn around and look at Kenji, seeing him smile a soft, reassuring smile as soon as my eyes reach him. "Feel better soon J."

A week later, I am being discharged from the hospital wing, which makes me feel a certain type of freedom. "Finally!" I say, looking over at Aaron as he packs up the very few of our personal belongings that Aaron and I have brought to the hospital room."I can't wait to be back in our bedroom. Sleep in our bed. Have a bath." I think about all the luxuries that being out of the medical wing will grant me.

"Are you ready to get out of here?" Aaron asks as he finished up what he was doing.

"Of course," I giggle, "it's going to feel so good to be out of this room. I can't wait to have breakfast, lunch and dinner all in the canteen."

Aaron laughs, coming over to me and kisses the side of my head, near my temple. "I bet, the food in the medical wing isn't ideal."

I nod, agreeing with him. "Yeah, I think I'll have to look into making it so that the canteens food staff make the food for the medical wing as well."

"I would have to agree with you, my love." He says.

After a short while things begin to fall back into place. I begin taking back on my duties of the Supreme Commander of North America. I have to admit, it is tiresome having so long off and then going back into the action full force.

"J, you look tired." Kenji says as we are all sat around the table in the canteen - eating lunch.

I shake my head. "Kenji you can't say that to a woman." I gasp, being over dramatic on purpose. "That is very very rude."

He rolls his eyes, stuffing his face with the food that he has in front of him. "I'm just stating facts, I'm surprised that Warner is letting you out of your bedroom... wait- no!" Kenji drops the fork that he was shovelling pasta into his mouth. "I didn't mean it like... you know... I didn't mean it in that way! Ew!" Kenji's arms flail in the air, as if he is swatting away all the thoughts that he doesn't want to think.

"I swear to you Kishimoto," Aaron sighs, seemingly disappointed, "stop talking right now or you'll regret it."

"What is that supposed to mean?" Kenji picks his fork up again, I knew it wouldn't take that long before he worked up an appetite once again. "We all know that J wouldn't let you kill me."

Aaron's face falls as he, seemingly, accepts defeat.

As I let out a loud and long yawn, I look around and see lots of the other people who are in the canteen, looking at me. "Oops," I say, embarrassed, "sorry."

"See what I mean?" Kenji whispers, loud enough for the whole of our table to hear but no one else. "You are tired."

"Thanks captain obviously." James rolls his eyes. "And who are you to tell her how she feels."

"Thank you James." I smile at him. "At least someone here is a gentleman."

James's cheeks reddened, seemingly he is even more embarrassed than I am, even though I have just yawned really loudly in front of loads of people.

"Woah!" Said Kenji. "I am a gentleman!"

Aaron shakes his head besides me, giving Kenji a disapproving look. "Gentlemen don't have to argue that they are, in fact, gentlemen."

"He has a point." I say, smirking at Kenji. "Plus, I don't think a gentleman would say that a woman looks tired."

"I mean, a few days ago you were in a literal coma, so I think that's to be expected." Kenji reasons with me. "Then, before that, you were like dying."

"You were like dying" Aaron repeats what Kenji just said, saying it as if he saying the most stupid thing in the world. "Seriously Kishimoto? How do you always make serious things sound like they're idiotic?"

"Okay that was unnecessary!" Kenji looks appalled. "Why are you always so mean, man?"

Oh gosh here we go again, I say to myself.
