You smiled to yourself, sipping your hot chocolate. It was Christmas morning and Ben had decided to read Oliver a few Christmas stories. He balanced Oliver on his knee, letting his back hit his chest. After finishing a few books, Oliver hopped off of him. "Can we open them now?" He asked, pointing towards the presents under the tree. Ben chuckled, nodding his head. "Of course, go ahead." Oliver smiled widely as Ben walked him over to the tree, giving him his presents. Inside, Oliver found a new outfit, which would look quiet handsome on him. Next was a stuffed animal shaped like the mask from Majora's Mask. Oliver loved the toy, he wouldn't let it leave his sight. Lastly, he opened up new swimming trucks because, unlike Ben, Oliver loved the water. Oliver happily crawled back in Ben's arms, falling asleep with his toy grasped in his small hands. Ben smiled and kissed his forehead, putting one arm around your waist. "You ready to open yours?" Ben asked, pecking your cheek. You giggled, nodding your head. "Sure." You replied as he handed you your presents. You tore the festive paper off the first one, finding a shoe box. You opened it cautiously to find chestnut brown riding boots that looked similar to his. You smiled at them, kissing his cheek. "Thanks Ben." You said, opening the second one. Inside was a new game controller for your favorite game system, the exterior being a smooth, white plastic with blood splatters. Ben handed you your last present. "This is the one I made for you." He said, making you chuckle. The both of you decided to do something different this year and make each other one present, which was very thoughtful. You opened it up to find a backpack with a very cute hand painted picture of your favorite video game characters, including Link, Pikachu and a Mario Brothers background. "You painted this?" You asked, surprised by the work. Ben smiled and nodded as you hugged him "It's perfect." You stated, handing him his gifts. "Which one did you make? I want to open that one first." He explained. You giggled, pointing to the one wrapped in snowflake printed paper. He tore it open, finding the Link keychain/ voodoo doll you made for him. "Oh my gosh, it's so cute!" He exclaimed, twirling it around his finger. You pushed the rest of his gifts towards him, hinting that he should open the rest. Next he found a triforce belt buckle and tiny ornaments shaped like game controllers and systems. "I love it YN..I love you." He stated, holding you close. Light hadn't quiet greeted you yet, it was still pretty early. Therefore, the three of you got comfortable on the couch, falling back to sleep in each others arms.
