Twelve years ago...
Emma was reading in her room. Well, she was almost sleeping, so she'd miss out on a few words. She gave up and let the book on her chest before closing her eyes. Someone knocked on the door and she jumped.
"Can I come in?" a voice asked. She smiled.
"Yeah." she said and Killian opened the door. She looked at herself for a moment. "I'm in pyjamas." she declared.
"Do you really think I mind?" Killian answered. He lied on the bed next to her.
"So, you had a great time with your family?" she asked.
"Yeah... I would have had a better time here." he replied.
"That's cheesy." she said and they laughed.
"Still is the truth." he said.
"Well I wish I could stay here tomorrow instead of going back to school." she said.
"Don't worry, it will be fine." he said as he grabbed her hand. She got closer to him and leaned on his shoulder.
Emma's eyes opened. What was that? She did not quite understand. It was not a memory, but it seemed like it.
Its just like if I never ran away, like if Lily never came.
She took a little while to understand the situation. She did not know where she was, she knew she had been druged, which probably caused the hallucinations.

Killian was upstairs, looking at his room full of drawings, trying to decide what to put on paper when his phone rang.
"Hello?"
"Hi, Killian?" He recognized the voice of Emma's mother.
"Yeah."
"Is Emma with you?" she asked. She sounded worried, which made him worry. "She was supposed to be here an hour ago, so I was just wondering if she forgot or something."
"No, she isn't here. I know she stayed at the station. She's trying to find more information about the missing child." he explained. "Maybe she's still there."
"Right. Have you found anything?"
"A little. I'll call Emma and I'll call you right after." he said.
"Okay, thank you." she said and hung up. Killian immediatly tried her cellphone, but he got no answer. He tried the station's phone, but nothing either. He tried both one more time.
She's fine. She's probably in her car, so she won't answer.
He waited for a moment, but then he got up and grabbed his coat, got in his car and drove to the station.
When he got there, he saw her car still parked. However, the lights of the station were all closed. He tried her cellphone again and he heard a phone rang. Right in the middle of the street, her phone was ringing. Killian picked it up. He saw all of the missed calls from him and her mother.
"Where are you, Swan?" he sighed.
And he hoped she had just dropped her phone, but he just didn't have a good feeling about this situation.
He got in the station. Everything looked normal. He took a look at the cameras, maybe he'd be able to see something, if anything happened.
Please be okay, Emma.
He opened the screen and watched the tape. Nothing unusual was happening. Emma closed the computer, the lights, the door and left. Then, it was only silence and no movement in the station, until he heaed screetching tires. He rewinded the tape and looked at the window. He could not see much, but he did see a man and a woman and he could have sworn that woman was Emma.
