This is inspired by the girl meets money episode that just came out. It was so good, let me know what you thought of it. I hope you all enjoy and remember to comment if you have any suggestions.

Little Riley's POV

When I knew I was finally going into junior high I was so happy... Until I got there. My mum (mom) and dad thought that private school might be better for my education but all it did was make me miserable. People bullied me because I didn't have big houses like them and if it wasn't for my best friend Serena I don't know if I would ever go back

"I don't understand why your parents don't have a big house. I mean your dads a pro baseball player and your mums like a superstar singer/painter." Serena said walking down the halls

"Well we've never worried about money so we must have it." I explained to her.

"You know what, Jenny's mom and dad didn't have a lot of money when they were getting divorced, maybe that's why?" Serena asked.

"No it's not that." I shrugged it off but inside I was worried.

Maya's POV

"Babe?" I heard from the hallway as the door shut.

"In hear!" I shouted back.

"What are you doing in the kitchen?" Lucas asked with a worried look.

"Making dinner?" I replied.

"Okay." He said trying not to show his real feelings.

"What?" I questioned him. "Do you not like my cooking?"

"No I love your cooking." I could tell he was lying.

"I can't believe this, you always say you like my cooking."

Meanwhile...

Little Riley's POV

I walked through the front door to hear my parents fighting and I knew that Serena could be right. I couldn't take it if they were splitting up so I just jogged up my stairs and slammed my door.

Lucas' POV

back in the kitchen...

BANG!!

"What was that?" I asked. "Is Riley home?"

"No huckleberry don't squirm your way out of this one."

"First of all, I love your cookies because there heaven, second, I hate your cooking because it's disgusting and third I don't care how you cook because I love you."

"Corny but Good save." She giggled wrapping her arms around me.

"I think Riley's home and it didn't sound good." I sighed.

"Your turn." Maya quickly replied.

"No, no, no I'm pretty sure it's your turn."

"Let's do it together?" She suggested letting go of me and walking towards the door.

Maya's POV

We walked through her bedroom door to see her sitting in her bed with her head phones on and her eyes closed. Lucas walked ahead of me and tapped her on her shoulders.

"What?!" She snapped.

"Don't talk to me like that." He snapped back. "Tell us what's wrong." She stayed silent for a moment figuring out what she wanted to say.

"Are you getting divorced?" She asked. Me and Lucas looked at each other smiling and then let out a burst of laughter.

"What made you think that?" I asked her wiping away my tears of laughter.

"You guys it's not funny!" She moaned. "Serena said I get picked on because I don't have a nice house like the rest of the kids at my school and that Jenny's mom and dad didn't have any money when they were getting a divorce. So when I heard you in the kitchen..."

"Awe, honey that's all wrong." Lucas explained. "We don't have a big house like the rest of your friends because we don't need it and we don't spend as much money because we keep ours. We have to much money to spend so we give some to other people that need it."

"So your not splitting up?"

"No, your mother can't get rid of me that easily." Lucas said making us giggle.

"Do you want to change schools?" I asked her feeling a little guilty for putting her in private school.

"No, it's good what your doing so I shouldn't be a shamed of where we live, it's our home and besides I would never leave Serena all alone in that evil school." As she said those words I felt a relief run through my whole body and injure it's was gonna be okay.
