Lucaya One Shots

Secret Valentine.

I think this one will be a little shorter than most but I just wanted to put one up for valentines day. So, happy Valentine's Day everyone ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Maya's POV

"Maya come look?" I heard Riley shout from the other room.

"What?" I replied following her voice to my front door to see a big bunch of fluffy candy floss coloured roses in a crystal vase.

"You got flowers!" She screamed with excitement.

"Don't get too over joyed there probably for my mum from Shawn." I explained.

"No Maya it says on the card 'To Maya, from a very secret admirer' they have to be yours." She squealed nearly jumping of the ground.

"Really but who would send..." I stopped myself because I realised there was only one person that would send me flowers and that was...

"Lucas!" Riley burst out still beaming with excitement.

"But he wouldn't we haven't been together for months." I tried to understand it but I couldn't.

"Maybe there from Farkle?" Riley suggested.

"They could be, just call him and ask." I said hoping they were from Farkle, it would make it a lot less awkward if they were from a friend.

Farkle POV

"Your not gonna believe what Maya got today?" I said to Lucas walking into his bedroom.

"What?" Lucas asked looking puzzled.

"Flowers, from a secret admirer." I explained.

"How did you know that?" He asked me.

"Riley just rang to ask if I had sent them, I'm surprised they haven't asked you yet." I laughed. "Hey, why aren't you more surprised?" I asked wondering if he had sent them.

"Well it's Valentine's Day. If she's got someone then their obviously going to send her something. It's not my business what Maya Hart does anymore." He assured me but something still didn't sit right with me.

Maya's POV

"No Farkle said there not from him." Riley hollered from the sofa.

"Well who else could it been then?" I asked wondering more and more if it was Lucas.

"It has to be Lucas." She giggled. "He's the only man in the world that thinks like that, he's romantic."

"Yeah that's his problem he doesn't say what he thinks and then he does really sweet things to make up for it." I moaned trying to hide how charmed I was by the flowers. "I just wish that for once he could tell me what he's feeling."

"Then ask him." Riley suggested. "And if it isn't Lucas then you can finally move on. If it is him then tell him how you feel and then we might finally get our Lucaya back." She cheered as though tough we were already back together.

The next day....

"Lucas?" I called down the corridor making him stand still and then turn to face me. "I need to ask you something?"

"What is it?" He asked walking towards me still as gorgeous as ever.

"Did you..." I had to build up my confidence to ask. "Did you... Send me those roses?"

"Errrm.. What flowers?" He questioned me looking a little puzzled.

"I got sent some flowers yesterday and I was wondering if the secret admirer was you?" I explained hoping he would suddenly just remember that it was him.

"Sorry no, I've got to go to class." He said Forcing a smile and then turning back around to leave. I knew there and then that Riley was right... He didn't care about me anymore. It was time for me to move on!

Farkles POV

I walked over to Lucas in the corridor he was holding a receipt.

"Hey what's that?" I asked him feeling a little curious.

"Nothing." He replied. As I looked closer I saw the words 'Pink ROSES'!!

"Lucas, the roses were from you, why did you buy her then?" I pestered him.

"Because it's valentine day!" He replied. "I couldn't not but her anything." He ripped up the receipt and threw it in the rubbish can as though what he had done was wrong.

"But your not together anymore!" I pointed out. "And why didn't you tell her they were from you?"

"She's Maya Hart, Farkle. She deserves so much better than roses from me." He forced a smile before turning glum again and walking away back down the corridor shaking his head all the way.
