Maya's POV

"Come on its senior ditch day." I said staring down Riley and Lucas.

"Yeah, come on guys it will be fun!" Farlke agreed.

"I don't know Coney Island isn't really near us. Is it worth it?" Riley questioned me.

"Of course it is we're seniors we have to do something wild!" I replied raising voice to make it seem more exciting.

"Pleaseee!" I pleaded taking hold of one of Lucas' hands.

"Fine." Lucas said giving in to me yet again.

"And Riley..." Farkle batted his eyelids as best he could.

"Ok!" She said reluctantly.

Lucas' POV

I wasn't sure whether coming here was a good thing but when I looked over at Maya I knew it was right. I watched how she let out big bursts of laughter every time a cold wave came in and touched her toes but most of all how her hair always fell behind her head perfectly without her even having to touch it.

"What are you doing Ranger Rick?" She asked giving me a crooked smile.

"Watching you Clutterbucket!" I replied giving her a smirk.

"Well come with me." She shouted running over to me and pulling me over to the water.

Riley's POV

I looked over at Farkle and wondered if he was ever gonna want to actually be with me and when I saw Maya and Lucas together it made it worse. They had so much fun running up and down the beach splashing each other with buckets of water. While I sat there on my own while Farkle stared out at the magnificent view.

Farkle's POV

When I knew she wasn't looking I turned around to see what she was doing. I was waiting or the right time to ask her to officially be my girlfriend but every time I did, things always got in the way. I looked over at Maya and Lucas who we're screaming with laughter and I wondered how easy it looked for them. Riley got up and walked towards the water and I couldn't wait any longer. I jumped up, brushed the grains if sands off me and charged up to her.

"Are you ok Farkle?" She asked wondering why I was being so hasty.

"Yh I'm fine... I just wanted..." I stuttered my words.

"Look beautiful the sunset is and Maya and Lucas are having so much fun, I bet he's glad he came now." She said staring out at the setting sun.

"Yh, well I just wanted to ask you whether you wanted.."

SPLASH!!

Water splashed all up me soaking me. Yet again the moment was ruined.

Lucas' POV

"Sorrrryyy!!!" I shouted over at Farkle for getting him soaked with water. As I did Maya pounced on me.

"How are you gonna get out of this now huckleberry?" She cackled while we both fell down to the ground her landing on top if me. I looked over at Farkle and Riley who seemed to really like hanging out together.

"Do you every think they'll get together?" I asked Maya.

"If we could, they can." She replied giggling to herself.

"We did make it dibt we? I'm glad." I smiled looking Into her beautiful eyes.

"Are you trying to charm me?" She questioned, raising one eyebrow.

"I don't know? Is it working?" I asked making her laugh.

"Keep trying and you'll find out." she cackled.

"Oh I see how it is." I started to tickle her and she laughed incessantly.

"Stop, stop." She giggled trying to grab my hands and then she grabbed my face instead, pulling it towards hers. Our lips met and yet again she had made me paralyzed I felt like every time she kissed me life itself changed a little.
