Mayor Dewey is not the best. The only way I would describe him is the Donald Trump of mayors. He only cares about the votes. It took Steven to calm down the town during the power outage. And not to mention he changed the history of Beach City to make himself and his family look better. When Pearl fixed it, he looked really nervous like he was trying to hide something.
He believes he is entitled to certain privileges because he the mayor, he's overly concerned about money, he's distinguished in public but lacks confidence in private, like every politician stereotype. There are also some..implied...decisions he made, that doesn't even sound legal.
So to summarize this...If Dewey were to run for president we would be back under British run.
