So was on Tumblr and I found this theory. And I present to you my thoughts...... So theory goes that Lion is actually Pink Pearl, but turned out like Centipeedle. Like they got corrupted and reformed their last memory. And they pointed some very valid points like Lion knowing about the armory before the episode," Rose's Scarab" and how he is able to store things in his mane, like Rose's sword. I think it's probable and could be looked into in the future.
