It's another episode review. Today it's "Sworn to the Sword". Again, I will try to avoid talking about the characters.
So the episode starts with Steven and Connie hanging out, which leads to Pearl teaching Connie how to us a sword. During the course of the episode, Pearl reveals a little more about her relationship with Rose, indirectly. This caused Steven to worry about Connie. Pearl teaches Connie the way of the knight. However instead she accidentally brainwashes Connie, making her think that Steven's safety is more important than hers, the same way Pearl but Rose over her own safety.
Garnet even revealed how many times Pearl's been poofed during the rebellion. Making Steven worry about Connie. Connie and Steven then team up to bet the Holo-Pearl and then Pearl herself. Pearl then argues about when the time comes to fight. Steven and Connie want to fight with each other while Pearl thinks Steven should not be anywhere near the battlefield.
I ,myself, think the icing on the cake was Pearl's outburst.
All and all, this episode actually put things into perspective. If there is a battle, Connie may or may not get involve. Pearl may have some issues that she needs to talk out.
