It's theory time... Sort of.
So in Earthlings, Back to the Moon, Bubbled, and Bismuth ( part2) we learned a little more about Rose Quartz and her past. I still stand by the Rose=Pink Diamond theory, I don't care if you disagree with it, but hear me out.
So let's start with Bubbled. In the episode we learn that Eyeball witnessed Rose shattering PD and that it was her sword that killed her. But in Bismuth (part 2) there is evidence that Rose's sword can't shatter a gem. Bismuth herself said this, and that the sword can only destroy the physical form.
Okay so the only people with absolute knowledge of what happened to Pink Diamond. That is Pearl, Rose Quartz, Jasper, and Eyeball ( Ruby).And with Jasper oh so conveniently silent, we can;t hear her side of what happened. We heard what Eyeball had to say, but she and the other Rubis are...not the brightest of light bulbs. So that leaves Rose and Pearl. Well we can't get anything from Rose and Pearl probably won't speak ill of Rose.
But back to what I was saying. What really happened to Pink Diamond? We know that the Diamonds are the elite. They are the most powerful of all gems. Yes it a reiteration of Rose being Pink Diamond.
We know that diamonds in general are the hardest known gems on earth.ANd the a quartz is roughly a 7 on the Mohs scale. How is it that a quartz took on a diamond with no problems? What exactly are we missing? What are we not being told?
