Luke's POV:

When I got home from the theatre Amelia and Isaac seemed to be having a serious conversation. Quietly I went up the stairs into Steve and I's room.

It's really quiet without him here. He is this ball of light that can take the darkest days and turn them into happy ones. It's cheesy as all hell but I honestly don't care.

Hopefully he'll be home in the next few days. I can't imagine being without him any longer. I have no idea how Amelia has been without Josh for so long.

"Hey guys I'm gonna go see Stevo" I told Amelia and Isaac

"Give him love for us" Amelia smiled

"Of course! Do you want me to bring home anything for dinner or?" I asked

"Nope. I'm making tacos so if you want any be home by then" Amelia smiled

"Alrighty" I said grabbing the keys to my truck

Steve always makes fun of me for having a truck. The day I went to go get it he made jokes for days.

-Flashback-

"Honestly Lu this might be the straightest thing you've ever done" Steve laughed

"Fuck you I need it for sets" I laughed

"Babe I'd rather you get a fucking mini van then a truck" he laughed

"Can you fuck in the back of a mini van" I smirked wrapping my arms around his waist

"I mean if you put the seats down and lay diagonal" He joked

"Babe that's not what I meant" I whined pressing my self closer to him

"I'm not fucking you in the back of a truck, that scrawny little ass is for my eyes only" Steve grinned kissing my forehead

-End-

"Wait wrong flashback" I laughed

-Flashback-

"Luke's a fucking straighty" Steve yelled when we got to the car dealership

"Babe call me a straighty one more time and you'll be jacking off in the shower for a week... Alone" I threatened

"Luke, honey, sweetheart if you buy that truck you're gonna have to find yourself a girlfriend because you my beautiful husband are straight" he said putting a hand on my shoulder

"Steven if it was my choice I wouldn't be getting this truck but if I'm going to write my own play and be in traveling plays I'm going to need this truck so baby please don't ruin this for me." I said kissing him

The second I picked the color of the truck Steve lost it. Pale green was apparently a 'straight' color for a truck. I tried arguing that it was a vintage truck so it was less straight, but that didn't work.

"That's it Steven lonely showers!" I yelled

"Fine straighty how do you think I survived middle school" He laughed

-End-

I had finally reached the hospital by the end of my flashback. I walked into Steve's room to hear him laughing.
