Chapter 16

Isaac's POV:

Bowling last night was so much fun. Jeremy was there and he's like the coolest guy ever. He's super athletic but he isn't douchey about it. He's at Ohio State so he's gone most of the year.

Mom looked really happy around Travis. He's a great guy and makes mom happy. She should be happy and whenever she gets back from being around him she can't stop smiling.

"Mom when is the next time everyone's going to be together" I asked

"Well Ash and I talked about maybe tomorrow since Jer is here we're gonna go to Grandmas" mom smiled

"Yes!" I grinned

"JJ and them are coming too, like old times" She smiled

"Holy shit mom!" I smiled

"I like seeing you this excited" Mom smiled

"You looked really happy with Travis last night" I said taking attention off myself

"I was happy" she smiled

"Well I've got to go over to Corey's so I'll see you tonight like 6?" I said grabbing my board

"Try 5:30 kid love you" mom laughed

"Love you" I said closing the door

    Mom was really big on saying 'I love you'. You never know when the last time you are going to see or hear from someone. Even when we're mad at each other we say it. Ever since what happened with dad she's been super strict about it.

Corey was bouncing off the walls when I got there. I walked straight into the kitchen to see three empty Monsters on the counter.

"Jesus Cor why the fuck did you drink three" I said throwing them in the trash"

"CONTEST!" He said flailing his arms

"Monster drinking contest" I laughed

"No you idiot, photo and video contest for Issues, Set It Off and.... Waterparks ticket bundle" He said breathing heavy

"That's insane dude" I said jumping

"8 tickets with VIP and special merch and it's a meet and greet with all of them" he said jumping with me

"What do we have to do" I asked calming down a bit

"Make a music video for any of their songs it's being run by Issues but it's for the tour"

"YOU KNOW WHAT IM THINKING RIGHT" I yelled

"KING OF AMARILLO" Corey yelled

"FUCK YEAH" I yelled

"Isaac please no swearing" Mr.Duncan

"Sorry sir" I smiled

"Dude everyone's gotta get in on it"

"Let's go get them dude"

Corey said bye to his dad before leaving. We went down to Quinn's house where Xavier was as well.
