Jedi and Emerson made their way into the Circle.
'Excuse me,' Jedi began. 'I'm looking for a girl named Liat. Is she here?' he asked a man standing in the streets.
''Aven't seen 'er,' the man said before walking away.
Jedi took a deep breath before walking on, asking more and more people the same question, and receiving the same response each time.
He was beginning to get frustrated.
Then Emerson suddenly grabbed Jedi's arm.
'What?' Jedi asked.
'Didn't we talk to those guys?'
Jedi followed his gaze to the two guys standing outside a cabin, talking to a third man with the Circle insignia tattooed on his skin and armed with a sword.
'We did.'
Jedi waited till the other men walked away and entered another house.
'Can you distract him?' Jedi asked Emerson.
'Of course,' he responded, grinning.
As Emerson drew the man's attention, Jedi got behind him and held the man's throat in the crook of his elbow, cutting off his air supply. The man grew limp as Emerson opened the door and Jedi dragged him inside.
