The composition of the attacking group surprised Liat.
The group, wielding swords, spears and bows was one made up of warriors from both the Rogue and the Clan.
The Band was working with the Rebels in order to get rid of the opposing force that was rising against the War.
Liat began to release arrows into the approaching force, each arrow finding a mark, be it a fatal wound or simply an injury that would put the recipient out of the ensuing battle.
Then the group was upon them, and she dared not to shoot, knowing that she may accidentally injure someone on her own side.
Just then, Liat recognised someone from the Rogue army coming towards her.
It was Delta Jasper, a girl from her own training group.
She was a girl who would despise her for defecting.
She was a girl who would have no qualm killing her for it.
