'Took you long enough,' Liat spoke somewhat sarcastically as Jedi hauled himself up the last metre to settle himself atop the incline.
He jumped, snapping his head and gaze in her direction, his breathing becoming faster.
'Really?' he asked, equally sarcastically.
Liat simply smiled and hugged her brother, relieved that he had found her and appeared unharmed by Quinn.He hugged her back, then let go.
'I have to go again. I have to meet Quinn's Rogues and make a base camp. Then I'll come back for you.'
Liat was hesitant. But then she nodded. 'Okay.'
