Chapter 57

-Hailee-

Today we go home. Today we don't have to deal with Noah anymore. I just felt so bad about what he did to Justin. I kept apologizing but he kept on telling me it was fine. But it wasn't. Justin was really hurt. He's feeling a lot better now, good thing, and the bruises on his face are just starting to go away. But the split lip is gonna take more time. Different things kept bouncing through my thoughts as the hot water from the shower soaked into my skin. I got clean, washed my hair and body, grabbing a towel from the counter wrapping it around my body and drying off. I brushed through my hair and then changed into some grey sweats and a tank top. I lightly did my makeup, not really caring, and threw my hair up in a messy bun. I opened the bathroom door seeing Ally watching cartoons like always, and Justin still sleeping. I smiled and walked over to the bed, sitting down on it next to him. It's a good thing we packed last night, I thought.

"Justin, you gotta get up." I softly said shaking him gently. He shifted letting out a groan. He took a deep breath and yawned, stretching his arms. Then he finally opened his beautiful brown eyes. I smiled when he let his lips curve upwards.

"Good morning baby." He whispered.

"Good morning Justin." I replied standing up. "We're leaving in an forty five minutes to go say bye to my aunt and uncle." I told him as he sat up letting the blankets fall down, revealing his bare chest. He nodded standing up and heading to the bathroom. Minutes later I hear the water on and then not even ten minutes later it shut off again. After a minute or two, Justin came out of the bathroom wearing this:

"Justin you do know that it's gonna be really hot outside." I laughed. He shook his head smiling.

"Maybe here, but not in Toronto." He replied smartly.

"True." I mumbled and he laughed pulling me into a hug. I hugged back taking in his wonderful scent. I smiled and we stood there for a minute until there was a knock on the door. I pulled away going to the door and pulling it open. My dad stood there when I opened it.

"Ready?" He asked. I nodded.

"Yeah. Be down in a second." I replied. He nodded and started walking away. I shut the door halfway and turned to Justin who was sitting with Ally, which made me smile. "Okay guys, leggo!" We grabbed our bags, making sure we got everything, and headed out. Justin linked hands with mine as we walked down to the car. Dad put our bags in as we all piled into the car. I leaned my head on Justin's shoulder as we drove to my aunts house. When we got here I noticed Noah and Maddie's car was here. We got out and went inside.

"Hailee, you have to text me. Or call me." Lila poured out while we were saying goodbye. "Oh I'm gonna miss you!" She pulled me into a hug and I laughed.

"I'm gonna miss you too." I said and we pulled out of the hug. I said bye to everybody else, except Noah. He didn't deserve it. Once everyone said bye to each other, we put Penny in the kennel and got back into the car and headed to the airport. It was a long boring ride to our destination, but we finally arrived. We grabbed our suitcases and then headed in to the airport. Me, Justin, and Ally went to a small place to get breakfast in the airport as my parents were taking our rental car back. We say down and enjoyed our food, throwing away our trash after we ate.

"Flight 477 to Toronto, Ontario now boarding." The voice boomed over the speakers. We stood up and walked over to the place where we board the plane, getting in and finding our seats. Justin helped put my bag in the compartment above our heads and then his, sitting down next to me. He lied his head in the crook of my neck as we waited for the plane to take off. Once I felt the plane start moving, I knew we were heading back to Toronto now. Goodbye Texas.

I sat with Hailee's head rested on my shoulder as she slept when the plane landed. Finally. I gently shook Hailee waking her up. "We're home babe." I whispered as she sat up straight. She yawned and smiled at me. I smiled back standing up when they let us off. I grabbed both of our bags, waiting for her parents with Ally to get off the plane. We entered the airport, getting Penny from the other pets. I got some weird looks, probably from the bruises and cuts on my face. We got to the front doors where we would leave back to the house. Once we got outside the cold breeze hit my skin making me shiver. Yeah, it's a lot colder here than Texas.

"It's cold." Hailee said from next to me. I nodded wrapping my arm around her. We got to the car heading back to Hailee's parents house. It only took us about forty five minutes to get there. We pulled up in front of the house and pulled I to the driveway.

"Look Justin it's your baby." Hailee joked pointing at my car. I laughed shaking my head.

"Yeah, my second baby. Next to you." I said making her blush. I kissed her lips and then we climbed out of the car and went inside. Hailee let Penny out of her kennel and she ran around happily.

"You guys are probably gonna want to go home and see Steph and Ryan huh?" Her mom asked entering the house.

"Yeah we probably should." Hailee replied looking at me and I nodded. "Okay well, I guess we will see you soon. Probably Christmas."

"Okay. You guys have fun. But not too much fun." Her mom joked.

"Yeah right mom." Hailee mumbled.

"Don't worry, were not gonna do anything bad." I said to her mom making her laugh.

"I know you won't." She said. Me and Hailee both giggled and then said bye to everyone, heading outside. We grabbed out bags out of the car and put them in my car. I opened Hailee's door letting her in and then ran around to my side, starting up the car. I pulled down the street heading to the apartment.

We pulled up to the apartment and Justin parked next to Stephanie's car. We got out grabbing our bags and heading to the front door. I twisted the knob, making the door swing open and we went inside. We set our stuff down by the door, not wanting to deal with it right now.

"Hailee!!!!!" I heard before I was tackled into a hug. I laughed hugging Stephanie back. "Oh I missed you so much!"

"I missed you too!" I agreed with just as much excitement. We pulled out of the hug and I saw Ryan enter the room.

"Hey!" He said giving Justin a bro hug like normal and giving me a hug. "You guys got here just in time. Chaz is gonna be here soon."

"Nice!" Justin said plopping down on the couch. I sat next to him as Steph and Ryan sat on the opposite couch.

"So, how was Texas?" Stephanie asked us making conversation.

"It was good! And hot. But it wasn't as great for Justin." I replied.

"I noticed. What happened?" She asked Justin, looking at his split lip and faded bruises.

"Hailee's admirer decided to pick a fight with me since he wanted her, but I already had her." He told her.

"It was really bad. Like that night he looked like he was dying." I added making us laugh.

"Aww poor Justin." Steph said and I giggled. Justin shook his head laughing.

"I'm fine now." He said just as there was a knock on the door.

"COME IN!!!!" Ryan yelled loudly and I heard the door creak open.

"Aye!! Party's here guys!" Chaz yelled coming into the living room. I rolled my eyes as he sat next to me.

"Well guys, we know it's just Chaz." I joked making them laugh.

"Of course, cuz Chaz is awesome." He said making me roll my eyes again. "So what's up with you guys?"

"Nothing really. They just got back from Texas and we've just been hanging out here." Stephanie explained.

"What were you in Texas for?" Chaz asked looking at me.

"To visit my old hometown and visit family." I told him and he nodded.

"Sounds like fun." He replied looking away. "So what are we gonna do?"

"I don't know. I guess we could just chill. Play video games, watch movies." Ryan suggested and we all agreed. First we decided on playing Justin's favorite, NBA2K. Since Justin always plays that, he was beating Chaz, and Chaz was getting mad.

"Ahhh no!!" Chaz screamed when Justin would get a point and it would make us all laugh.

"Chaz calm yourself! It's just a game!" Stephanie laughed. Chaz shook his head.

"I won!!" Justin shouted getting his last point. "Who's next?" We all gave him a look.

"Justin nobody is ever gonna beat you at this game." I laughed after he did.

"You play." Chaz said handing me the control. I shook my head.

"I wouldn't even know how to play." I stated the truth. I have never played this game before.

"I'll show you." Justin said starting a new game.

"Fine." I gave in. "But I'm not gonna win."
