Chapter 59

-Hailee-

I woke up cold not feeling Justin's body next to me. I sat up seeing there was a note on the nightstand next to me. I grabbed it seeing Justin's handwriting.

Babe,

Went Christmas shopping with Ryan and Chaz. Steph said you guys were going later so I guess I'll see you then. Love you.

I smiled setting the note back down on the night stand and climbing out of bed and going to the living room finding Steph watching TV.

"Good morning Hailee." She chimed smiling at me.

"Morning Steph. We going shopping?" I asked wondering if I should go shower. She nodded. "Alright I'ma go get ready." I made my way back to the room and hopped in the shower washing up. When I was done, I dried off and went to the closet changing into this:

I straightened my hair and put on a little amount of makeup. I looked at my reflection checking for anything I might have forgot. I grabbed my phone and wallet walking out and seeing Stephanie still in the same place she was before.

"Okay I'm ready. Leggo!" I said grabbing my keys.

"I was gonna drive." She said.

"No, Justin doesn't let me drive anywhere. I'm driving." I said and she laughed, rolling her eyes. We went outside to my car and I started driving to the mall.

"So, did you have fun last night?" She asked starting a conversation.

"Yeah, actually I did." I said smiling at the thought.

"What did you guys do?"

"Well, We went and ate dinner at Tonys and the stupid waitress kept checking out Justin." I said making a face. Steph laughed.

"He took you to Tonys?! That place is so good! And expensive!" She squealed.

"I know right! That's what I said! But he insisted we go so I did. And then after that we went to the park and walked." I explained rambling in about it until we got to the mall. I pulled up into an empty parking spot and we got out walking into the mall. This is gonna be a long Christmas shopping trip.

Me, Ryan, and Chaz were all at the mall Christmas shopping. I saw Hailee and Stephanie which wasn't a good thing considering we had gifts for them. So we just avoided them as much as we could. So far I got Hailee a set of jewlery which included a necklace, a bracelet, and earrings. I also got her some clothes and other random things that reminded me of her. I got mom a few chick flicks, some jewelry, and a gift card to go on a shopping spree. I got Stephanie a t shirt she said she wanted because I had no idea what to get her. We were going to stop by another store that Ryan wanted to go to before we left. When he got what he needed we left, heading back to the apartment. Chaz kept telling us about this one girl he met, and I laughed at how much he must like her.

"Chaz are you guys even dating?" Ryan asked when Chaz started talking about her again.

"No." Chaz mumbled and I rolled my eyes feeling my phone vibrate in my pocket. I pulled it out seeing a new text message from Hailee.

From: Hails
To: Me

I miss you<3

I smiled replying to her.

To: Hails
From: me

I miss you too <3 when you comin home? We're on our way back home.

I sent it waiting for her to reply as we pulled up into the driveway. I grabbed the bags and we headed inside. I set the bags down by the door, next to the suitcases we never put away. I made my way to the couch feeling my phone vibrate again meaning she wrote me back.

To: Me

I don't know. You know girls, we might not be home till late. But I'll make sure we are home soon.

I smiled knowing they were gonna take a long time to get home. I grabbed a blanket from the end if the couch curling up with it. Might as well take a nap while I'm waiting for Hailee to get home.

-Hailee-

We left the mall around three, finally. There was so many people to shop for! I ended up buying more than I probably should have. Stephanie and I were driving home, dancing and singing to whatever came on the radio. We got home a while later and I pulled up next to Justin's car. I grabbed my many bags as did Stephanie and we went inside. I walked in seeing Justin sleeping on the couch. I smiled walking to our room and setting my bags down, walking back over to him for the first time seeing him today. He looked so peaceful while sleeping. I didn't want to wake him. But at the same time I did. I sat down on the edge of the couch, gently running my fingers through his soft hair. I felt him flinch and I pulled my hand back, as his eyes fluttered open. His eyes skimmed the room until they landed on me. He smiled big and sat up.

"Sorry I didn't mean to wake you up." I apologized and he shook his head.

"You're just fine. As long as its you." He said like he's done before. I smiled as he pulled me into a warm hug. We sat there for a minute hugging until he pulled away and kissed me. "I missed you today babe." He said when we disconnected our lips.

"I miss you too." I said as he sat back rubbing his eyes and then wrapping his arm around me. I leaned my head on his shoulder. "Where is everybody?"

"We took Chaz home and Ryan is in his and Steph's room." He told me.

"Ohhh." I said dragging out the 'h'.

"Wanna watch a movie?" He asked after we sat there for a few minutes. I nodded and we picked out a movie.

"I'll pick, you go make popcorn." I told him and he made a pouty face.

"Why can't I pick?" He acted butt hurt.

"Because last time I let you pick the movie made me cry." I reminded him. He laughed and stood up, going to the kitchen to make the popcorn. I picked out a movie as set it up, waiting for him to get back.

"What are we gonna watch?" He asked sitting down in the couch next to me, setting the popcorn between us.

"Step Brothers." I told him. He nodded and grinned.

"Nice choice." He said as it started. We cuddled up together watching the movie, laughing at all the funny parts.

When the movie was over me and Justin sat on the couch, unmoved, when Stephanie and Ryan came into the living room. I noticed they were dressed up, but Ryan spoke up besides I could ask where they were going.

"We're going to a party. Wanna come?" He asked. I shook my head hoping Justin would say the same.

"No, partied never end well with us." Justin said looking over at me. I mentally sighed, thanking his answer.

"Alright, well we will see ya later." Ryan said and grabbed his keys.

"Bye his, have fun!" I yelled at them before they left. I looked at Justin who was already looking back at me.

"I know you would t want to go." He said and I nodded.

"You made a good choice. I didn't want to go." I smiled at him. He giggled quietly, which I loved. He stood up pulling me up with him. "Where are we going?" I asked him.

"To make dinner. I'm starving!"
