*Seems like every time I want to update my internet goes out. But it's back!*

-Justin-

"Don't you dare mister!" Hailee yelled, making tickle hands at her. See, we were in the middle of painting the baby's room pink, and I kinda fell into some of the pink paint, getting it all over my hands. That's why I was going to tickle Hailee. Why not have some fun.

"Why not? I thought you liked pink." I joked, slowly taking steps closer to her and holding my paint covered hands out. She glared at me as I lunged foreword. She had nowhere to go when I reached her, pressing my hands on her cheek and catching her lips on mine. I pulled away and took my hands off her cheeks. There were two pink handprints on each and I let out a giggle. She gasped and pushed me away. I chuckled and grabbed my paintbrush again, continuing to paint the wall. The smell of fresh paint filled the room and the sound of the radio filled our ears. I was enjoying it. After a few minutes, Hailee spoke up, "Justin come here for a minute."

Of course, I listened. I made my way over to her. When I stepped next to her, she smirked and covered my face in the pink paint. She didn't stop at my face, and continued to smear the paint down my chest and to my torso. I didn't say anything, but just stood there while she laughed. "I deserve that."

"Paybacks a bitch."

"Hey don't curse. She might hear." I said playfully like some parents do. I put my hands on Hailee's stomach like I was covering the baby's ears. Hailee giggled.

"You look so stupid with pink paint all over your face and saying that." She told, and I chuckled knowing I probably do look stupid.

"And I can't take you seriously with those pink handprints on your face." I teased back. She narrowed her eyes at me and I laughed. "This reminds me of that one time when it was raining and we were at your old house. We wet outside and threw mud at each other."

"I remember that! And then you fell into the mud hole on the side of the house!" Her face lit up and I smiled. That was a good moment. We sat down, taking a little break from painting. We had been painting almost all day so far, it being almost two in the afternoon.

"You want a snack?" I asked, earning a nod from her. Skipping down the stairs then walking into the kitchen, I opened the fridge door. I searched for a snack finding nothing that sounded appetizing. I moved on to the cupboards, when I found some crackers and chocolate. I grabbed that, along with two water bottles before heading back upstairs. I was greeted by the half painted bright pink room, where Hailee sat on the ground. She had her back up against the wall -one we hadn't painted yet- with her legs stretched out in front of her. She smiled when she saw me walk in and take a seat next to her.

"We need to make a trip to the grocery store. We're running low on good food." I joked, stating the truth. She scoffed and rolled her eyes, taking the chocolate from my hand. I didn't try to take it back because you know, don't mess with the pregnant lady. We had sat there for a minute talking aimlessly when Penny ran in. She had her chew toy placed in her mouth as she walked across the room.

"Hey there." Hailee said, changing her voice up at little to speak to the dog. Penny waddled over, dropping her toy into my lap, I picked it up, beginning to play a game of tug-a-war with her. Hailee laughed at us, watching us with amusement. Sooner or later, Penny gave up, loosing interest in our little game. She sniffed around the room, becoming curious in the can of pink paint. "Penny no. Stay away from that." Hailee scowled her. She listened and backed away, throwing herself down next to me. There was a comfortable silence that filled the room, only one thought on my mind. What are we gonna name this baby? "I miss Lila already." Hailee's voice brought me from my thoughts. I smiled at her. Lila had left a few days ago, and let's just say, that didn't turn out to well. Girls.
