Chapter 18

Chapter 18
-Justin-

"Lets just go out, I'll take you too breakfast." I said after looking through the cupboards and finding nothing.

"Justin I'm not gonna make you spend mo-" she started to say but I cut her off.

"Your not making me. I want to. As a thank you, for saying yes." I said as I wrapped my arms around her waist. She smiled and rolled her eyes.

"But-"

"No buts. Now, go get ready." I said, giving her a quick kiss and then pushing her up the stairs. She ran up and I heard her door close, and the shower start running. I sat on the couch and pulled out my phone checking my Facebook, and seeing nothing interesting. I glanced at the window and saw that it was snowing. I knitted my eyebrows together and got up walking to the window. Sure enough, there was a lot of snow coating the ground. About half an hour later, I heard Hailee coming down the stairs. I turned to look at her and she was wearing shorts and a t shirt. I stared at her and laughed.

"What?" She whined as she walked over to me.

"Have you seen outside yet?" I asked as I laughed.

"No, why?" She said walking to the window. Her eyes widened when she saw the snow. "What the? Snow? Since when?"

"Since your in Canada now babe. It's always snowing." I said. "Now go change." She hopped up the stairs, returning in a new outfit

"Okay, better?" She said.

"Better." I said and we walked outside in the cold snow. I was used to the cold but I could tell Hailee wasn't. I opened the car door for her and then got in on my side and started the car, turning on the heat. "We have to stop at my house for a minute. I have to change and stuff."

"What if your mom sees you. Shouldn't we be at school?" She asked.

"I can just tell her we have a free period." I said and she nodded. A few minutes later we pulled up in front of my house and got out of the car. We ran up to the door and I let us in. "Alright I'll be right back." I ran up the stairs to get ready. I took a quick five minute shower and changed into black jeans and a hoodie. I combed my hair, leaving it down. I looked at my reflection in the mirror

I smiled and then headed downstairs seeing Hailee and mom talking.

"Ah there he is. You look so cute!" Mom cooed when she saw me. I rolled my eyes.

"Thanks mom." I said and went over to Hailee, wrapping one arm around her waist.

"Awww, you guys look so cute together." Mom said. "You are just so beautiful Hailee, and my handsome wittle boy." I laughed and Hailee blushed, smiling. I kissed the top of her head.

"Alright mom, we better go, if we want to eat breakfast before next period starts." I lied.

"Okay, I'll see you guys later." Mom said and gave us both a hug. "Bye I love you."

"Love you too mom." I said before I shut the door and we ran back to my car.

"Awww, your mom is so cute. You guys are cute together." Hailee said smiling.

"Yeah, she's like that. It's worse when people aren't around." I said. "But I don't really mind."

"Well I think it's cute. I wish my parents were like that." She said and I laughed. "Seriously, all they do is yell at me for coming home late."

"Trust me, when I get in trouble, it usually doesn't end up well. I really get in trouble. Bad." I said and she laughed.

"Well your still lucky.and she is right. You look good with your hair like that." She said.

-Hailee-

After eating at some breakfast restaurant, me and Justin went to the park and walked around, joking and laughing. We were holding hands and I was freezing. Justin said he was used to the cold so he was keeping me warm by warming his arms around me. I smiled as I picked up some snow and made it round, transforming it into a snowball. I threw it, and it hit Justin's back. I laughed as he turned around looking at me, trying to hide his smile.

"Oh, so that's how you wanna play?" He joked as he picked up some snow and started making a snowball. He threw it at me, and I tried to dodge it but it hit my upper arm. I laughed and started to make another one at the same time Justin did. I threw it but he moved out of its way, making it miss him. I looked at his and it was a big chunk of snow and I laughed and started to run. I heard Justin laugh and then run after me, dropping the snow. He caught up to me and grabbed my waist spinning me around. I laughed and then he put me down taking both my hands in his. We were both laughing and then I noticed the people around Us were staring.

"Aww, remember when we were like that?" We heard one girl say to her husband. Me and Justin smiled at each other.

"They love us." He joked and he connected out lips. I smiled through the kiss, and wrapped my arms around his neck. I felt his strong arms wrap around my waist and he pulled me closer. I could tell people were watching us still, even though I had my eyes shut. Our lips moved in sync and then we both pulled away at the same time. He rested his forehead on mine and we smiled at each other.

"Now, I say it's time for some hot coco." Justin said as he grabbed my hand and we took off running to his car. I laughed as we climbed in the car and drove away, to the direction of Starbucks. When we got there we both ordered hot chocolate.

"I'm paying this time."'I said handing the cashier ten bucks. He handed me my change and then we went and sat down. "How are you used to this snow? It's freezing!" I took a sip of my hot chocolate.

"I've lived here my whole life, I grew up with this weather. It doesn't bother me." He said.

"I knew that." I lied and he laughed. "At least this is warm." I held up my hot chocolate and then took a sip.

"Yeah, and tasty." He said and I laughed. We sat in a comfortable silence for a few minutes before I talked again.

"Justin, what do you like about me?" I blurted. He looked at me and then answered.

"Where do I begin?" He said and I smiled. "Well, you're beautiful, and your funny, and your nice, and you're just fun to hang out with, and you're a great kisser. And I love how I can call you mine." Justin explained, flattering me. I felt my cheeks heat up and I smiled big.

"And now my turn." I said.

"Go ahead." He said.

"Okay, we'll you're amazingly cute, and you're so sweet, you're funny. You are always there for me. You're not one of the douche bags like everyone else. And you are so sweet to your mom too." I blabbered. Justin smiled the whole time and when I finished, he leaned over the table, and gave me a long kiss. We finished our hot chocolate and walked back to Justin's car. We decided to go back to my house, and when we got there, we saw Stephanie's car out front. she was sitting in the drivers seat, getting out when she saw us. When I got out she gave me a look. I smiled and gave her a hug.

"You left me all alone in math today." She pouted.

"Sorry, but we hung out today. I thought you wanted us together." I whispered the last part so Justin couldn't here me. She laughed and we went inside.

"Hailee, can I talk to you for a minute?" Stephanie asked.

"Sure, we will be right back Justin." I said and we went into the kitchen and Justin sat on the couch. Once the door closed Stephanie turned to me smiling.

"Tell me everything!" She half whispered- half yelled.

"He asked me." I said happily. Stephanie's jaw dropped and she started freaking out.

"Oh my gosh! This is so exiting! I'm happy for you." She said.

"I'm happy too. But I'll tell you everything later, at the party okay? We better get back out there before Justin thinks something's wrong." I said and we went back out, seeing Justin on his phone. He put it in his pocket once he noticed us, and I sat down next to him. He wrapped his arms around me and I rested my head on his chest. Stephanie sat across from us on the chair staring and smiling.

"Awwww." She cooed. Justin rolled his eyes.

"You sound just like my mom." He said and Stephanie giggled.

"Good, at least I'm not the only one that thinks you guys are like Romeo and Juliet." She joked and I laughed.

"Okay, well you guys are going to Andy's party tonight right?" Stephanie asked changing the subject. Me and Justin both nodded. "Okay, we'll it starts at six, and it's almost five now. But that's why I came. I want to help you get ready." She said looking at me.

"What about Justin?" I asked.

"It's alright. You can go with Steph. I should probably go home and get ready to. I'll just meet you guys there." He said. I nodded and smiled. We both stood up and I gave him a strong kiss, before he left. Me and Steph went upstairs into my room and started getting ready.

"Isn't it going to be to cold for a dress?" I asked.

"No, were going to be inside." Stephanie told me as we changed into our dresses. I left my hair straightened, did my makeup, and then looks at my dress: black hi and low strapless dress

And then Stephanie's dress; red strapless dress


It was now time to go, and me and Stephanie left. After fifteen minutes of singing and laughing, we finally got to the party. Stephanie parked behind Justin's car.

"Alright! Leggo!"
