Chapter 1

I woke up this morning in my brand new house. I just moved last week and today is my first day of school. I got up and went to my bathroom to take a shower. I turned on the water and stepped in. The warm water splashed onto my back and the soaking into my hair. Showers are the only place I can think and well, sing. Isn't that what showers are made for? Besides getting clean and thinking about the future.

When I was done I wrapped a towel around my body and went to my closet. I pick out my outfit for today.

I brushed and blow dried my hair leaving it pin straight. I grabbed my phone and went downstairs. I grabbed a bottle of water and went into the living room. My mom and dad were sitting on the couch.

"Bye mom. Bye dad. First day of school and I'm almost already late." I grabbed my keys and ran outside. I opened the car door to my red slug-bug and hopped in the drivers seat and pulled away from my house. I sang along to the radio to which ever song came on. Soon after I pulled up to the school. It was really big!

I found a parking spot and got out of the car. I was walking to the building when a blonde girl stopped me.

"Hey stranger. Your the new girl right?" She asked. I nodded. "I'm Stephanie." She said.

"Nice to meet you Stephanie. I'm Hailee." I said.

"Oh I love that name. So lets go get your schedule. Maybe we will have classes together!" She exclaimed.

"That would be great, at least I would know somebody." I replied.

We walked into the office and a lady around forty was sitting at the desk.

"Oh you must be Hailee Ellis. It looks like you found Ms. Stephanie. She is a great student! You will like her." She said as the handed me a paper with my classes on it. Then a small paper with my locker combination on it. I thanked her and we walked out.

"Let me see!" Stephanie said ripping my schedule out of my hand."Oh we have first period together." she said.

"Yay!" I said and we walked to my locker. I put in the combination and opened my locker.

"Yo yo Ryan is in the house!" I heard a boy say from behind me. I turned around and saw boy walking towards us.

"Ryan!" Stephanie yelled and ran into his open arms. I noticed two other boys walking behind him talking. They stopped next to us and they both turned to me.

"Well, who are you?" One boy asked leaning on the locker next to mine. The other boy rolled his eyes.

"I'm Hailee. The new girl. And you are...?" I asked.

"Oh I'm Chaz. Maybe just the sexiest boy you'll ever meet." He said. I rolled my eyes.

"Don't listen to him. He can't even get a girl." He said smiling and looking at the boy Chaz. He then faced back to me. "Hey, I'm Justin." He said holding out his hand. I shook it and then returned my hand to my side. He was still smiling, which I'm not gonna lie, he was so hot! The bell rang telling us to go to first period. I put my bag in my locker and for my books for first period, Math.

"Alright let's go!" Stephanie said and pulled me away. We walked down the hall and went into our class room. "Sit next to me!" She said and pulled me into the seat next to her. People started filling the room. Class started and the teacher walked to the front of the room.

"Good morning class. As you may all know we have a new student. Her name is Hailee Ellis." He said in a plain voice. Everyone looked at me. Some dirty looks and some nice. The teacher started class.

"So, see anyone cute?" Stephanie asked from next to me. I have seen a few boys but the only ones I have actually talked to was Chaz and Justin.

"Well, the only boys I know so far is Justin an-" she cut me off.

"Okay, I'm gonna tell you this now. Don't get involved with Justin. Just don't. He makes a girl feel special and then gets her in bed, then leaves them. No matter how cute and irresistible he is, don't fall for him. There isn't a girl the hasn't been with." She said. This would be helpful information.

"What about you?" I asked her.

"No! Me and Him are just friends. We have been since he's my neighbor." She said.

"Oh my god! He's your neighbor?" I whisper- yelled.

"Yeah, trust me. It kinda sucks. He always has a girl over. We have been friends since we were like ten.thats how me and Ryan met." She said.

"Stephanie and Hailee. Do you have something you want to share with the class? Or can it wait until after class?" The teacher said to us.

"Um it can wait." Stephanie said. The teacher nodded and turned back to the board. After what felt like hours the class ended. We got up and went to the hall. Sadly, me and Stephanie didn't have this class together. We went our separate ways and I walked into my next class, which was history. I sat in the back in an empty desk. Class started and the teacher introduced me, once again, and all that good stuff. Ten minutes after class started Justin and a girl walked in. I wonder why? Hint my sarcasm. Justin came and sat in the desk next to mine. The girl who came in with him walked to me.

"Excuse me, but your in my seat." She said in an annoying voice. I looked around.

"Well, I don't see your name on it." I replied. I heard a could "ohhhhhhhh" coming from around the room. I heard Justin next to me let out a small laugh. I looked at the girl who stood over me. I am guessing she was the popular one. If that's the case, I am having a pretty good day already!
