After two long days of gross hospital food and constant learning of new things about parenting, Justin and I were free to go home. Justin carried Jaycee in the carrier out to the car, where I hopped into the backseat to sit with her. Justin drove cautiously for once in his life all the way home. We made small talk as we walked up to the house, stopping so Justin could unlock the door. He held Jaycee in the carrier in one hand, using the other to unlock the door. It felt good not having to carry around all the extra weight on my body.

Justin swung the door open, the instant warmth of inside hitting us. I was so ready to be home. We stepped inside, slipping off our shoes and being greeted by Penny. Justin went to the living room, setting Jaycee in the carrier on the couch. He sat down next to her, pulling her out of it and holding her. I sat down next to him, resting my head on his shoulder. Penny clung to us, excited to see what we had brought home with us. She sniffed and Jaycee's tiny feet, being sweet with her. I already knew they would be great friends in the future. I watched Justin and Jaycee knowing this has to be one of the greatest moments ever.

"I love this already." I said softly to Justin, who smiled widely and nodded.

"I agree." He said in return.

It wasn't long after we got home and settled when Ryan, Stephanie, Chaz and his new girlfriend showed up. I enjoyed their company as we watched comedy movies and talked about random things.

Chaz's girlfriend, Ashley, was beautiful. Long blonde hair and light skin. She had very bright blue eyes and a perfect smile. She's basically a girls definition of perfect. She's also really sweet and funny. She fit in with the rest of us like she had been there the whole time. She seemed shy at first but started warming up to us after a while. It was my turn to hold Jaycee, Justin had finally handed her over. We had dressed her into a cute pink and black onesie, a purple blanket wrapped around her to keep her warm.

We were currently watching Step Brothers, the one movie Justin never misses a chance to watch. I was t paying much attention, my focus on Jaycee instead. Her cheeks were chubby and pink, looking a lot like a baby picture I'd seen of Justin and Pattie. I loved when Pattie would show me Justin's baby pictures. He was so cute when he was little. And he's still cute now.

Jaycee had her hand gripped around my finger, something she has a habit of already. I knew she was falling asleep, her fidgeting stopping. "I'm gonna take her upstairs and get her to sleep." I said softly to Justin. He nodded some, interested in his movie and his conversation with Chaz. I made my way up the steps, taking each one carefully just incase. I came across Jaycee's new room, letting the door open quietly as I stepped inside. I decided to stay up here for a while, just needing time to relax a little bit. I set Jaycee in the crib, making sure she would be okay. Taking a seat in the rocking chair next to her, I closed my eyes, letting my thoughts decrease and my body rest. It was a good few minutes before I quietly left the room, going across the hall to our room. It was just starting to get dark so I flipped on the light, then going to the bathroom and flipping on the light. I turned on the tap, splashing a little bit if cold water on my face. It had been at least ten minutes since I came upstairs and all I wanted was to lay down and rest.

I wiped my face dry, turning off the light and throwing my body onto the bed. I laid with my eyes shut, the light in preventing me from actually falling asleep. I heard the door open and I already knew it was Justin when he climbed above me, hovering over my body using his arms. "You okay?" His husky voice rang through my ears. My eyes remained shut when I nodded.

"Just tired." I mumbled, placing my hands flat on his chest. Neither of us got to speak another word before Justin's lips were attached to mine. Not hesitating, I kissed him back, missing what it was like to actually having an intimate moment. Our lips moved together perfectly as they always do. My hands trailed up from his chest to his hair, pulling at the ends of it. The kiss became more heated, Justin's hands trailing over the bare skin of my hips where my shirt had risen.
