I lay Nezther back, holding one of her hips in my hand as our lips move against one another's. She grips my hand tightly. I kiss down her neck which seems to calm her nerves a little bit. "Jace," she breathed heavily.

I lift my head from the crook of her neck to look at her. "I'm here, baby," I kiss her cheek.

"I know, I just– I don't want to mess this up again."

"You don't mess anything up, sweetheart. You just got scared and that's okay. But I'm here, okay?" I furrow my eyebrows to make sure she knows what I'm saying. She nods, making me nod. "I love you, Angel."

She wraps her arms around my neck. "I love you so much."

Nezther lays on the floor with our kids, watching Moana. I smile when Jenny climbs up into my lap. "Hey, Princess," I push some hair out of her face.

"Hi," she giggles.

"What's up?"

"I want to go play outside."

Nezther looks over at me. "Where's Kinny, Jen?" She asks softly.

Jenny thinks for a moment. "She's in her room with Aunty Leigh," she tells her mother.

Nezther groans quietly. "They said they'd stop," she stands up from the floor. I'm assuming she walks to Kinsley's room and I'm proven right when "JASON!"

I sigh heavily and place my daughter on the couch. I walk down the hallway. "What?" I look at my wife who stands in the hall. I look into the room to see a huge red mark under Leigh's eye. "What happened?" I rush to her.

"Nothing, it's nothing," she shakes her head.

"I hit her," Kinsley sobs. "I'm so sorry."

"It's fine, I said it's okay."

I pull a crying Kinsley into my arms. "Alright, calm down, okay? Leigh, you tell me what happened first and then Kinsley you can tell me what happened."

Leigh nods as Nezther sits next to her on the bed. "Um– we were messing around and... and she stood up. When she came back over to me, I sat up and she hit me with her elbow. It's fine, I'm okay, I just need some ice," she tries to stand up.

Nezther pulls her back down. "Kinsley?" She looks over at the girl in my arms.

"I got up to use the bathroom and when I came back she sat up and all I heard was her say ouch," she explains, crying against my shoulder.

"Okay," Leigh stands up, "now I'm going to get some ice."

Kingsley quickly shakes her head as she pushes out of my arms. "I'll get it," she says and runs out of the room.

Leigh sighs heavily, sitting back down. "You understand it's not her fault, right?" She looks between us.

"Of course, love," Nezther mumbles. "She just feels guilty, you can't change that. She'll be okay in a hour or so."

"Do you want anything else?" Kinsley comes back into the room.

Leigh pulls her girlfriend into her arms, holding her between her legs. "I want you to calm down. I'm fine," she kisses her forehead.

Nezther stands up and walk to the door. "Yell if you need us," I say to Leigh before following my wife to the door.

"So," my baby says as she grasps my hand.

I smile over at her. "So?"

"You're so happy and I love it so much," she pulls me to her. She wraps her arms around my neck and mine go around her waist. "And I absolutely love the fact that you tried to surprise me, but I know about the house you bought."

I lean my forehead against hers. "How'd you find out?" I chuckle.

She presses a kiss against my lips. "You shouldn't tell Jasper things you want to keep hidden," she smirks.

I run my fingers through Nezther's hair. "I love you," I chuckle, pulling her flush against my body.

"I love you more."

Nothing could go wrong right now.
