One month later
I walk in my house from work. Jason is picking Jasper up from the babysitter's today and Kinsley is working. I decide to walk up to my room and take a nap. I switch out of my clothes, opting for a comfortable outfit. I hear the front door open and close after a half an hour.
"Mommy!" I hear Jasper yell from downstairs. I get up and walk to the stairs. I see my son and fiancée at the bottom of the stairs. "We bought you flowers! Come see," he exclaims.
I smile, stepping down. About half way down the flight, I trip over my pants. I tumble down the rest of the stairs, landing on my foot.
"Nezther!" Jason runs over to me.
Tears immediately start streaming down my face. "Jason," I whimper, "my ankle".
He kneels down next to me. "Jasper, get my keys. We have to take mommy to the doctor," he looks back down at me. "I'm going to lift you up, okay? Let me know if it hurts worse," he kisses my forehead as he slides his arms under me.

"I can't be in a cast for eight weeks!" I yell at the doctor.
"Ms. Bennett, calm down, please. It maybe less, it maybe more." He looks down at his paper. "The babies are alright, I assume that will calm you down?" He looks up with his eyebrows raised.
My eyes widen. "I'm pregnant?"
"With a healthy set of twins," he nods.
Jason's jaw drops. "No way," he whispers. I wiggle around in the bed uncomfortably. Jason notices and stands up. He moves Jasper onto the chair where he was sitting. "You okay, baby?" He tucks a piece of hair behind my ear.
I place a hand on my stomach. "I'm pregnant," I whisper.
Jasper climbs onto the bed. "What does preg-er-nant mean?" He furrows his eyebrows.
"It means... it means I'm having a baby- I mean two. I'm having twins," I say in disbelief. "It worked, Jace!" I scream.
Jason chuckles as I wrap my arms around his neck. He kisses my cheeks a few times before standing up. He lifts Jasper into his arms.

"Sweepea, wake up, darling," I feel Jason shake me lightly. I open my eyes to see him kneeling in front of the couch. "Someone wants to talk to you," he hands me his phone.
I take it with my eyebrows knotted together in confusion. "Hello?" I sleepily rub my eyes.
"Is this Nezther?" A girls voice sounds nervous.
"Yeah, what can I do for you?"
"I'm Leigh, we have the same father."
I hang up the phone, tossing it to the floor. A sob leaves my lips as Jason comes over to me. "What happened?" He pulls me into his arms.
"I don't want anything to do with him," I cry into his chest.
He rocks me slightly. "Baby, she needs help. She's sixteen and has no where to go." He rubs my arm. "You know what that was like. She needs you, Nessie." I wrap my arms around his waist. His move up, holding onto my neck tightly. "She's reaching out to you, baby."
"I'll call her back," I pull back a little. I sniffle and wipe my tears away.
"Is there anything you want to talk about first?"
I ignore his question as I pick up my fiancé's phone. I click the number that was last contacted. "Hello?" The girl sniffles.
"Leigh? it's Nezther," I bring my hand up to my mouth.
"D-Did I do s-something wrong?"
I shake my head as I chew on my nails. "No! No, I just- I needed a few minutes to process this. I don't even know where to start," I sigh heavily. "How come you reached out to me?"
A small cry from the other end makes my heart ache. "I ran away from foster home," she mumbles. "I have no where to go. I'm sorry for dumping this on you. You were my last resort," she rambles slightly.
I shake my head again. "It's totally fine. We-um... We have a lot of people going to be living in our house in a few months. I have a son, I'm pregnant with twins, and my best friend is staying here until she gets back on her feet. Is that okay? We have enough rooms, I just don't know how you are with people," I laugh nervously
"I love new people," she tells me.
I nod to myself. "Okay, I'll talk to my fiancé. Where are you right now?"
"My friend's dad owns a hotel by the JFK airport. I'm staying here until he tells me I have to leave," she informs me.
I look over at Jason. "Okay, we'll buy you a plane ticket. Have all of your things packed and get a good night's sleep, alright? I'll call you back in the morning."
"Thank you, Nezther. Goodbye."
"Bye."
I hand Jason his phone. He grabs my wrist, pulling me so I crash into his chest. "I'm so proud of you," he rubs my back.
I tuck my head into his neck. "Newborn twins, a three year old, a teenager, and Kinsley. Our house is going to be so hectic," I sigh.
His large hands rub up and down my back. "And I will make it as stress-less as I can for you," he whispers. "Anything you need," his hands grip my butt firmly. "Daddy's gonna get it for his Princess."
I hum quietly, holding his torso close to mine. "Where's Jasper?" I ask softly.
"He fell asleep with Kinsley," he tells me. "Why?" I shrug against him. "There has to be a reason you asked."
"I just want to spend sometime with you, I guess. Better get as much in now as we can because we'll have no spare time once these monsters are born," I pull away.
He smiles, sitting on the couch. I climb onto his lap and straddle his waist. His arms go around my waist. "And what would you like to do in this time together?"
I lean my forehead on his, placing my hands on his shoulders. "Anything you want," I whisper.
"Anything?"
And that is the story of how Kinsley walked in on me giving Jason head.
