"You really think this is a good idea?" You ask your four-year boyfriend Arlan as he gets changed into his said "hero" gear, which is just a white mask, white shorts, and white gloves. You focused on the heart shaved onto his chest, thinking it looked funny. He smiled at you.

"Yes, you'll do great. They're very understanding." He wraps his arms around you. You were wearing a white one piece with a red heart on it and a pink tutu. You had red heels, fishnet tights, and a red mask like his as well as white gloves. It's the first time you've gone with him when he helps the heroes of Los Santos.

You nod. "I hope they like me." You say before looking down at yourself. "And my outfit looks pretty cute don't you think?" He laughs lightly before kissing your cheek.

"Very cute." You smile and twirl around in your tutu. He takes your hand and leads you out of your tiny shared apartment.

Slowly you walk with him into an alleyway. You nervously tug on you tutu, thinking it suddenly looked stupid. Arlan noticed and wrapped his arm around you. "You can take it off of it bothers you." He offers. You nod and slowly slip it off, hiding it in a place no one would find it.

You heard the screech of tires and jumped, standing next to Arlan as four vehicles pulled up.

The first one was black with yellow stripes and a Bat Symbol. It actually didn't look like a bat, more like an owl. Night Owl stepped out and another person did too, a female. She had a white owl mask on. They wave.

The next one is a large blue truck without a top, it had a teddy bear stuck to the front and the bear wore an eyepiece and vest. Batcoon hopped out of that one and a girl with a Bear mask followed. They wave as well.

The third vehicle was a slick black Zentorno with a monkey's face on the side. Mega Monkey gets out of that one with a girl in an ape mask. What, is everyone bringing their girlfriends? You think to yourself, almost laughing out loud.

The last, and most obvious, vehicle is a giant red, white, and blue Liberator. You instantly connected the dots and knew Early Bird would be the one driving that one. It made sense since his mask was an eagle, the national bird. That made you smile, your nerves subsiding. Early Bird jumps out but isn't followed by a female, that confused you.

"His wife is pregnant so she can't come with us," Arlan whispers to you, reading your mind. You nod, thinking of the baby. A subconscious smile crept onto your face. They all walk up to the two of you in a heroic way.

"El Lover Boy, good to see you again." Night Owl is first to speak, you guessed that he would since everyone calls him the leader which you thought was highly rude. Each man contributes the same amount of work, each man gets the same title. You thought it was stupid that he got the most publicly.

"Uh, yes. Yes, it is." Arlan mumbles, looking down for a second. You almost burst out laughing. He was telling you not to be nervous yet he's sitting here a nervous wreck. "This is Te Amo... my-my uh," He clears his throat. "Girlfriend."

"Nice to meet you guys," I say with a smile, the girl with the bear mask shoves Batcoon out of her way as do the other females with their dates. They walk up to me.

"I'm Grizzly or Grizz, or Grizzy if you want." The bear mask lady says, clearly okay with her name.

"I'm Mini Monkey. I hate my name but Lu- I mean Mega Monkey thinks it fits." The ape mask girl says. "I mean, I'm not even a monkey... I'm an ape."

"I'm Owlette." The owl mask girl says with disgust lacing her tone. "It sounds a lot like an omelet."

They begin commenting on your name and how pretty it is and how they wish theirs wasn't as stupid while you thanked them profusely. The men stared at them for a second but started their own conversation soon after about what they planned to do tonight. They heard of a planned robbery on one of the banks and they needed to be there on time to stop it.
