AC's POV

Today's the last training day for this week before the team will be off for the holy week vacation.

Kaninang umaga sa training napapansin ko ang sweetness ni Beatriz kay ate Mads. Every timeout, Bea will wipe her sweat and gave her Gatorade. Ngitian palang ni Beadel hindi ko na gusto.

Nawalan ako ng gana because of that. Ewan ko, alam ko namang I have no right to feel that way. Pero I'm not really in the mood and nadala ko siya hanggang sa klase. We had a quiz pa nga ang guess what? I got 4 out of 15. Saya, 'no?

Bea texted me na sabay daw kaming magllunch, but I reason out na may gagawin ako.

I actually saw her with ate Maddie at JSEC, eating lunch. They look so happy. Sinubuan pa nga niy si ate Mads. I wanna approach them sana, but then I remember nag dahilan pala ako sa kanya. So, I just rush my friends nalang to vacate the place. Nanlibre pa ako sa SB kasi daw hindi sila nabusog sa kinain nila dahil sa pagmamadali ko.

I was about to text her what she wants for dinner when her name popped up. She messaged me na mallate siyang uwi because she needs to do something important.

I didn't bother replying. I texted ate Ella instead na i-meet ako sa Mcdo for dinner. Ayaw ko naman kumain mag-isa sa fast food and I feel like today's good for cheat days.

"Nasan ang magaling mong best friend?" Ang saya naman ng bungad sakin nito. Hindi niya man lang naisip magsorry kasi dumating siya ng late.

"Busy daw." I simply answered and umupo na sila. She's with ate Kiwi, by the way.

The two of them got the initiative to order for us. While eating, puro lang kami asaran, kulitan and tawanan. We look so happy.

"Anong plano after dinner?" Tanong ni ate Ella noong natahimik kami. I shrug my shoulders kasi wala naman akong plano.

"How about KTV?" Ang enthusiastic ng pagkakasabi ni ate Ki nun pero di ko magawang sakyan.

"Bar ata ang kailangan ng isang to, eh." Napaikot ang mata ko sa sinabi ni ate Ella pero di ako nalang ako nagsalita.

"Bar? Sounds fun! G?" The three of us agreed.

Medyo madaming tao this time so we rented a VIP room. Parang KTV lang naman ang bagsak namin tonight.

Kinulit ako ni ate Ella to share so yun ang ginawa ko. Nagstart pa ako dun sa time when Bea likes Bianca kasi walang idea si ate Ki about that.

"So you like Bea." Ate Ki asked. No, feeling ko it was a statement. I shrug my shoulders. "Ah, you're still confuse." She said it while nodding. Yung akala mo estudyante na naintindihan yung lecture ng prof niya.

"Tumpak! Nakuha mo, Ki!" Ate Ella reacted na by this time, parang may tama na.

"Hirap mainlove sa best friend, 'no?" Mahina ang pagkakasabi ni ate Els nun, but enough for me to hear it. In love na ba ako?

Napadami ang inom ko kasi gusto kong makalimot. I wanna forget the pain even just for tonight. We even sing our lungs out na akala mo we're mad at to karaoke.

Nagshare din si ate Ki and ate Els ng problems nila after sometime nung pareho na silang lasing.

Napangiti ako sa idea na nagsama-sama ang mga taong akala mo mga walang pakialam dahil sa lakas ng mga trip sa buhay. Dahil sa mga kalokohang naiisip namin, pero may mga problema din palang pinapasan.

"Cheers for our fucking lives!" Ate Kiwi shouted kaya inilapit namin ni ate Els yung boteng hawak namin sa bote na hawak ni ate Ki na nasa ere.
