Jack, my brother, and I decided to cosplay at ComicCon as Dipper and Mabel Pines from Gravity Falls. I held a pig plushie in my left arm while I carried a bag with all the merch I'd gotten in my right. Jack still needed to wear a wig even though his hair was brown now just so the hair looked right. He had one of the journals in his right hand and a bag in his left.

As we were walking round, I saw a guy in a Gideon Gleeful costume. I nudged Jack, pointing to the guy.

"Oh! That's my friend Mark!" He exclaimed. "Mark!" Jack called him over. The Mark guy looked over and smiled before walking over. I stood to the side slightly, feeling a bit awkward. "So Mark. This is y/n." Jack winked. Mark's face went red.

"Hey, I'm Mark. Nice costume." He muttered. I nodded my head.

"Y/n. Nice costume too." I replied awkwardly, feeling tingly in my stomach. Jack nudged me.

"You like him." He whispered. I widened my eyes.

"No I don't!" I whispered back.

"Denial is always the first stage of love." Jack smirked before turning to Mark. "So you want to hang out with us?" Jack asked enthusiastically. Mark nodded and didn't say anything.

As we walked, Mark and Jack talked but I stayed out if it.

"So how much of a coincidence is it that you came as Mabel and Mark came as Gideon?" Jack suddenly asked, nudging Mark slightly. I shrugged.

"Not much. He might just like Gideon more than Dipper or any other character. Nobody told him to go as Gideon. He might've just wanted to." I said, seeing Mark's face to pink.

"Yeah, Mark. Not like anyone told you who to come as Gideon." Jack smirked, nudging Mark again who was now about as red as Jack's shirt. I pushed some hair behind my ear.

"Can we get food? I'm starving." I said after a while of silence. Mark nodded and Jack agreed. We headed to a café nearby that apparently had really nice food. We sat at a table and ordered food and drinks.

"I'm just going to the toilet. Be back soon." Jack said. Mark and I nodded as Jack left, smirking.

"So..." I sipped on my drink.

"So..." Mark formed his lips in a straight line.

"I think Jack's up to something." I leaned back in my chair. Mark nodded.

"It's like he's trying to set us up or something." Mark said, looking around awkwardly. I nodded my head slowly.

"Probably is. He tried doing that to me in Primary with a dick 'ead." I looked towards the doors that had a symbol for men, women or what looked like animal/monster type things. "That's a smart idea." I pointed to the symbols on the bathroom doors."

"Yeah. It is actually." Mark agreed.

"Jack should be in the animal one." I turned my head back round to Mark who was now laughing his ass off. "What?" I furrowed my brows.

"Nothing. I love that you're telling the truth though." He laughed.

"We'll, when you've grown up with that idiot all your bloody life, you learn stuff like this." I shrugged, scratching my arm where a tattoo was.

"What's that tattoo for?" Mark asked. I faced him.

"Huh? Oh, it's the Hunter's Mark from Bloodborne. Jack and I both have it." I shrugged. Mark nodded.

"Hey guys! I'm back!" Jack sat down in his seat, fixing his hat just as our food came.

Jack and Mark talked as I stayed silent, eating my food. I looked out of the window that was just next to me and saw the sun over the top of houses.

"Let's get back to the convention." I said while standing up.

"You not going to eat anything else?" Jack asked. I shook my head, not feeling hungry. Jack and Mark nodded before standing up and following behind me.

As Jack walked ahead, Mark kept by my side.

"C.... Could I get your number?" He asked while fixing his wig. I nodded, grabbing some paper and a pen from my bag. I quickly wrote my number on it.

"There." I handed it to him with a small smile. "Now let's go." I said before running to catch up with Jack, Mark on my heels.
