"Mark! C'mon! We've got to catch the ice cream van before it leaves!" An eight h/c haired girl shouted her best friend, running as fast as her legs could take her. Her best friend, Mark, ran almost at her speed. Y/n was the young girl's name.

Mark ran behind her, trying not to catch her hair in his mouth.

They reached the road where the ice cream van had been, but it was gone. Y/n pouted, shoving the money in her pocket. She turned to Mark.

"Oh well. We have ice cream in the freezer." She shrugged with a smile before skipping back to her house.

"We ran all this way for nothing?" Mark panted but y/n was gone, skipping through the streets.

"Mark! Where are you? We need to get to school!" Y/n shouted as she walked through the park, looking for her best friend. He was supposed to meet her ten minutes ago, but hadn't showed up. "Aah!" She screamed as hands grabbed her waist, lifting her in the air for a second.

She heard laughing and she turned round with a glare.

"Fump you, Mark." The eleven year old pouted before turning and walking away, her arms crossed.

"Mark and I used to be best friends so that's why I'm in a ton of his videos and he's in a ton of mine." Y/n shrugged, looking at her best friend while they filmed a video.

"Yeah. We're so close that she gave £800 out of her own money to charity and dyed her hair the same colour as mine." Mark smiled, running his hand through his black hair. Y/n turned back to the camera, flipping her still half red, half h/c hair over her shoulder. She laughed softly.
