~inside the restaurant~
I made a beeline to my little office to avo...do paper work until break was over. I pulled out the inventory list that was done early this morning to see if we had enough ingredients to make dinner for tonight. After that, I send out the order for the ingredients for the dishes next week. Not to sure what else to do, I glanced at the clock and noticed that there is still quite some time until break is over. I sighed and started to write out possible dishes to make with said ingredients that will be rolling in on Sunday while chewing on the inside of my cheek. "Ughs." I threw up my hands and dragged them down my face. "I am so stupid..." I said in a low tone.
~three minutes later~
I felt an itching feeling to look out the window to see what is going on in the kitchen. I tried to ignore that feeling for a few seconds, but lost. I pulled the curtain aside just a inch or two and looked out to only see he who should not be named staring back at me from the other side of the kitchen. Surprised, I squeaked and let go of the curtain.
*rapid heartbeats*
Stop it! Be still, my heart. He probably was not looking at me. Don't be over-dramatic...
