~one month later~
"Can't wait for work to be over. So, we can have our company outing," Jin exclaims and shakes the nearest person, whom yet again was Yoongi. Yoongi pries his hands off and walks away.
"Me too," Changkyun pipes in.
"Why does time fly by so slow," Hyungwon complains.
"Can't we just close earlier and hit the road," Seunghoon groans as he cooks the fish for the third to last ticket.
"I second that," says Mingyu.
"Me three," Taekwoon says in his low tone voice from across the kitchen.
"Me four," shouts Minhyuk through the opening in the wall.
"We will. Let's just push out the last couple tickets, clean up before closing, and then hit the road," I said as I clapped to get their attention. They all whined, and reluctantly continued to finish up the orders for the night.
~after work~
"Let's all chip in on cleaning up, so we can go," I shouted as I wiped down the counter in front of the opening in the wall.
"Yes, Chef," they chorused.
Soon enough, everything was wiped down or washed or put away. We all had changed out of our uniforms, and made our ways to our cars that was already loaded with stuff for the trip to Jeju-do.
Hyunwoo and I were in charge of the snacks for the outing so we double checked if we took everything for the trip from the restaurant's fridgerator. When we finished loading them into Hyunwoo's car, we hopped in. Right when I was about to buckle in my seat beat, Changkyun enters our car looking midly annoyed.
"Changkyun ah, what are you doing here? Weren't you going with the two sticks," I asked as I looked at him from the rear view mirror.
"I was..."
"What happened," I asked.
He sighs heavily before saying in a bored tone, "After learning that we are having our company outing this weekend, Jooheon 'asked' me to keep an eye on you two to make sure nothing rated R occurs since he is too busy with work to do it himself."
"How nice of him," I said sarcastically. Hyunwoo nods in agreement as he turned on the car and got onto the road.
"Yep, so nice. How fun," Changkyun mutters, and makes the 'I'm watching you' motion at me before looking out the window.
