Hyunwoo
~the next day~
Kihyun was running in front of me with Mochi chasing him in a large pasture. He has a bright smile on his face. "Hyung, come on. Catch up," he laughs as he zigzags to get away from Mochi.
"Hold on. I'm coming," I said and tried to run to him. But, I found that my legs won't move one bit. I frowned and tried to step forward. Still, I couldn't move. It was as if someone superglued my feet to the ground.
"Hyung!"
"One second," I yelled back as I tried to figure out why I couldn't move my legs.
"Hyung," he says a bit desperately this time. I looked up. He was no where in sight.
"Kihyun," I shouted as I scanned my surroundings for him.
"...hyung," he says softly this time. Just then, I could move now. I ran toward where I thought his voice was coming from.
"Kihyun ah!!!!!"
"...Hyunwoo. Help me," he cries. My heart starts to beat rapidly as panic and worry flooded my body.
"Kihyun," I shouted. In the next instance, I sat up in our bed breathing hard. I looked to my right to see if he was there. He was. I sighed in relief and pulled him closer to me. As I pressed a kiss to his forehead, he mumbles something under his breath and unconsciously hugs me back. I inhaled his scent to calm myself.
"Stop that...tickles," Kihyun grumbled. His voice is a bit deeper when he just woke up.
"Huh? Sorry, Ki. Did I wake you up?"
"Hmm, yes...," he yawns and pulls away from me a bit, but remained in my hold. He smacks his lips lightly and blinks away the sleep from his eyes before looking at me softly. I brushed back a few strands of fading pink hair behind his ear and smiled. "Ai, what's with this? Did you do something wrong," he asks in a teasing voice.
I rolled my eyes at him and tapped him on the nose with my finger. He tries to bite the offending finger, but I pulled it away real fast. He pouts and jabs a finger to my side.
"Ow," I whined even though it didn't really hurt. He snorts and sits up. His hair is in disarray and sort of looks like cotton candy. I stifled a laugh and hid my face with the blanket.
"Very funny. Haha," he says before getting off the bed and going into the bathroom.
*something falling in the distance*
In that instant, I recalled the dream I just had before I woke up. Dread filled my mind. I threw off the covers and ran toward the sound. I found Kihyun on the floor in the bathroom convulsing. "Kihyun," I shouted and ran over to the pink haired male. I turned him over and pulled him onto my arms.
"Hyung," he wheezes weakly.
"Kihyun ah! Aish! Can you hear me?!"
"...hyung," he whispers so low that I almost couldn't hear him.
"Kihyun ah," I cried out and tried to think of what to do as panic overran any other thoughts.
"ahhh, I thi- it...time," he says with much strain in his voice. He freezes momentarily and then he begins to cough violently.
"The police. ThE PoLiCe. I will be right back," I said and gently put him down before running into the bedroom for my phone. Once I had it, I ran back to the bathroom.
