Hyunwoo

~after the exhibition ends~

~5:00 p.m.~

"Thank you to all of you who joined us today," says Mr. Kim.

*clapping*

"Well, without further ado, have wonderful rest of the night," he says and bows.

*clapping*

*chairs scrapping aganist the floor*

As everyone was leaving, I looked down at my watch and it was shockingly evening  already. I wondered how on Earth did we spend so much time here just looking at pictures. Then again, the event does include things like lunch, opportunity to talk to the photographers, speeches, and so on and so forth.

Kihyun next to me yawns and stretches that reminded me of a cat. "Ugh. Wow, what a day. But, it was fun. Thank you for inviting me," he says.

"No problem...," I said and wondered how on Earth do I ask him to go eat dinner with me.

"What," he says with an eyebrow arched.

"I..."

*stomach growls*

Kihyun blushes out of embarrassment and placed a hand on his stomach.

"Do you want to go get an early dinner," I said a bit too quickly then I would have liked. God damn it, Hyunwoo. You can do better than this. Ugh.

"Erm, I guess... I mean if you want too," Kihyun says after brushing a strand of pink rose hair behind his ear.

~outside~

"What would you like to eat then,"  I asked.

"Umm, anything is fine."

....couldn't  at least you offer a suggestion?

"Umm, how about sushi?"

"I don't like to eat raw fish."

"Italian?"

"I just ate pasta yesterday," Kihyun states.

"Then, how about steak? I know someone who owns a restaurant that serves some delicious steaks," I asked and unlocked my car before getting in.

"Okay then," he replies nonchalantly after getting into my car.

"Alright," I replied before I drove out of the parking lot into the main street.

And, as we were on our way, there was a lot of traffic. Then again,  given the time we were driving on the freeway,  it is understandable. So, my mind  wondered and then  brought  me the memory of Kihyun looking sad just earlier today. It didn't settle right in my heart. As much as I wanted to know why the picture caused him to have such an expression, I just keep my mouth shut about it.

~Bang Yongguk's Steak House~

~6:23 p.m.~

"Thank god. We finally made it here. I thought we were going to be stuck in traffic for a million years," Kihyun says.

"Same,"  I said and opened the door for him to walk in.

"Thank you."

"No problem."

"Yah! Son Hyunwoo, is that you," says a deep voiced male.

"Oh! Yongguk hyung, how did you know,"  I asked.

"I saw you walk in obviously," he laughs and puts his hands into his jeans.

"Oh."

"Who's this? Is he for me,"  asks a purple haired male that just walked into the hall.

"Daehyun-hyung," I said in harsh tone and glared at him to which he ignored. Kihyun was rendered speechless at his words.

" Stop bullying the young,  Daehyun. Bring them to Rose," Yongguk says after consulting the P.O.S. system in front of him.

"Of course," Daehyun answers in sassy tone, and leads us to the room. He opens the door and beckons us to go in. Like its name, the room smelled like roses even though there was not a single rose in sight. But, the room was decorated in various shades of red and pink. The silverware was rose gold color too, but the plates were white.

"Wow, the interior... is beautiful," says Kihyun as he looked around.

"Himchan hyung had a little too much fun designing this room," says Daehyun while chuckling lightly. "Well, here are the menus and.. maybe I'll see you around too, sweet cheeks," Daehyun continues in a flirtous voice after handing Kihyun the menus, and winks to him.

"... I ... well," Kihyun tries to reply to Daehyun, but he had already left.

"Sorry about him. Daehyun hyung likes to flirt with anyone and everyone, but trust me. He is harmless since Youngjae hyung  has him wrapped around his pinky finger," I said.

"Uhuh," Kihyun mumbles and starts to look through the menu.

What a great start to this night...
