Prologue

Hundreds of years ago humans use to rule over the Earth. They weren't great to the planet and caused many problems with one another.
But one day a virus broke out and infected every man, woman, and child. Scientists tried to make a cure and had no luck, for the virus changed drastically every single day.
Soon they all started to drop like flies and riots started. People began to kill each other and themselves until almost all of them were gone.
With no one left to Earth the rule, demons came up from Hell to take over. They started their own cities, states, and countries. All of them were under the rule of one king that they had no complaints about.
To this day, even with the many technological advancements they have made, they still cannot pinpoint where the virus came from.
Now with Earth being ruled by demons once again they live in what they call peace.
Then again, everyone has their own definition of peace.
The few humans that remained, somehow, are owned as pets by the wealthy
Little did they know a secret society of humans still existed underground.
They live in the old sewers from when humans still ruled.
Will the remainder of the human race stay as pets and stuck in the shadows? Or will one very curious human change the course of history?
