Y/n's POV"Dark!" I embrace Dark as we enter the house. He's caught off guard and tumbles to the ground with me on top of him. I giggle at the surprised look on his face. "I missed you so much."
I burry my face into his chest. He smells like ash; like home. I'm about to get off him when we start to levitate off the ground. I shriek and almost fall off of him, but he wraps his arms around me. Very slowly it feels as if the air pushes us into an up right position. Then our feet land onto the floor.
"I missed you too." Dark says as he kisses the top of my head. I smile and step away from him. "We uh...there's no time to spare." My smile drops to a frown and I step back away from him. "You're right...." I mumble. Dark looks sad as he turns away. "What was that all about?" Mark asks as Dark teleports away. "I...I have no idea."
Sadness fills my heart. I was so happy to see him again. He seemed happy too. The thought of him and Anti showing up is what gave me hope. Why is he acting so cold? We need to prepare for war, but not now. There's still so much time before that's gonna happen. At least six months I'd think.
"I'll go talk to him." Anti says. The last thing on see before he teleports away is green goo oozing from his septic eye.
Dark's POV
What the fuck was that? You seemed like such an asshole. Doesn't matter. We have to be ready. We just have to be.
"What the hell was that back there?" I cough as Anti's green smoke fills my lungs. "What ever do you mean?" I try to play dumb. "Neither of us are idiots. Just tell me what's going on." I take a seat on my bed, sigh, and throw my face in my hands. "I...a lot of shit went down the other day." I admit. "What do you mean?" Anti jumps up and sits in the air. "Well..."

"Thank you so much Dark. We really ap-" My hologramet begins to ring off the hook. I apologize to the woman and shuffle down the hallway as I pull my hologramet out of my pocket. It's the King. "Yes Sir?" I answer. "Come to the castle, now." He sounds angry. "I will be there right away." I look all around me before teleporting away.
The castle. No one is running around like usual. It's relatively quiet. I cautiously make my way down the different hallways to get to the throne room. On my way there I keep checking for any signs of anyone being around but trying to enter nearby thoughts. None. I can't hear anyone. I feel like the silence is going to drive me crazy. I've gotten so use to the noise of everyone else's thoughts over the years that my brain can't handle the silence. My eye begins to twitch when I see the large doors to the throne room up ahead. I speed up to try and to make it there faster, but it feels as if the hallway stretches out further. After what feels like forever I make it to the doors. I'm out of breath somehow. As I reach out for the door handle, my hand foes right through the door.
What the hell? How crazy have I gone?
"Come in Dark." King Lucifer's voice calls out to me from inside. "Walk through the door." He instructs. I close my eyes and walk straight through the door somehow. "It's magic." He tells me as soon as I open my eyes. Suddenly millions of other people's thoughts enter my mind from all the guards in the room. My head pounds from all the thoughts coming in so suddenly. "I made the door so only people I give authority to can enter." He tells me. "I've heard of a war rising soon." I compose myself as he speaks about the upcoming war. "Later today we will be attacking another rebel camp we found." I nod. "Understandable Lucy, but I would prefer to not take part." He raises an eyebrow at me. "And why is that?" He questions. "Because Y/n is sick and I would like to take care of her." I say. "Alright but if you find any Demons who are apart of this soon to be war, then I want you to take away their powers." My eyes widen. "It is possible to do that?" Lucifer smirks evily. "Yes. Only I have the spell. It's dark magic."
Dark magic? I thought I owned the only dark magic book still in existence.
"Well that's true, but this spell is one that I never shared with anyone. I gave dark magic to Demons to mess with them cause things were kinda boring." I nod. "Anyways, I'll teach you the spell. It's very complicated and can only be performed by very talented Demons and very important Angels." Lucy says. "But it doesn't work on me. Sorry to get your hopes up." I chuckle. "Now come with me."
Lucifer stands from his throne and walks towards me. I follow as he walks out of the room and across the hallway. He walks straight through the door and so do I. It's the training room. This is where guards go to practice their magic. It's more-so for new recruits.
"Now before I show you how to do this I have to tell you something." I step closer to hear him better. "If I find out that you ever join the rebellion then I won't hesitate to hurt the ones you care about." My face remains emotionless as he says this. "Understandable." I agree. His serious look then turns back into a large psycho smile. "Now let's take away some magic!" He chuckles as he claps his hands together and walks further into the room.
