Dark's POV
(Still)

A sigh leaves my mouth as I let my body fall onto the couch. Putting my hand in my left pocket, I pull out my hologramet and put in Anti's name.

Hello?

He answers.

Let me start this conversation off with saying sorry.

What did you do this time?

I may have accepted a request for us to eat dinner at PewDIE's place.

PewDIE? From high school?

Yeah.

Dark. You need to stop trying to keep up this façade. It's starting to become part of who you really are.

I shake my head.

Just be prepared to head over there when you get home.

With that I hang up and take in a deep breath. The last thing I want to do today is go over to his house and have dinner. He also has a human. I think her name is Marzia.
"He better not make me pet her again." I shiver at the thought.
I stand from the couch and walk into the kitchen just in time to see green smoke fill it.
"Hey." I greet the septic eyed man.
"I'm ready to get going when you are." He says.
"Is someone excited?" I tease.
"Kind of. PewDIE was pretty cool." I roll my eyes.
"Yeah, cause shooting the biggest spit ball makes you cool." Anti chuckles.
"I forgot about that." I turn away from him and walk to the front door.
"You coming?" I call to him and he runs up next to me.
"He lives right down the street."
We walk out the mostly empty house and down the street.
"That's the one." I tell him, pointing to the pretty large house a few feet away.
"Woah..." He says in awe of the beautiful house and garden around it.
"We better get there quick. I have no idea how long he's been expecting us." I say and walk toward PewDIE's place.
Once at the door, Anti knocks.
"Master, master, someone's at the door!!" An all too cheery girls voice yells.
I can also faintly make out what sounds like someone running back and forth in front of the door.
"Marzia!" PewDIE yells.
"If you don't stop being loud you'll spend the night in your cage." His time is firm and commanding.
The sound of running immediately ceases to exist.
"Sorry Master." The girl, Marzia says.
I turn to Anti and we exchange worried looks before turning back to the door as someone opens it.
"Dark! Anti! Come in!" PewDIE smiles and opens the door wider to let us in.
We walk past the dirty blonde man and glance around his home. It's decorated with tons of expensive items. Out the corner of my eye I see a woman sitting patiently in the floor.
The door closes and PewDIE steps next to me.
"You remember Marzia, don't you Dark?" I nod.
"Anti don't be scared, she doesn't bite." He tells him.

Of course she doesn't bite.
If she did she wouldn't be alive right now.
I'm pretty sure that term is an ancient human one though.

Anti steps forward and sticks out his hand.
"Hi Marzia." He greets the human in a calm voice.
She looks at PewDIE as if asking permission.
"It's okay girl." He says.
As he says that Marzia smiles and stands up. She then runs over to Anti and rubs her head against his arm. He awkwardly pets her and she licks his hand.

This is super disturbing.

She then stops and looks at me like she just noticed I was here.

Crap.

The human runs over to me and hits my hand with her head, asking me to pet her.
"Umm..." I look to Anti for help.
"Dark isn't so great with humans. He........had a bad experience with one a while back." As he lies goo leaks out his eye.
"That still happens." PewDIE chuckles and hands Anti a tissue.
"In that case," He turns to Marzia who is still nuzzling her head into my hand.
"Marzia!" He yells.
The humans head shoots toward him with a scared expression written on her features.
"Leave Dark alone." She backs up away from be and walks out the room.
"How about we finally have some food." He smiles and leads us to the kitchen.

A wonderful aroma fulls the air.
I had forgotten that he's a pretty good cook. On the dinning room table sits four plates. Each one has steak, mashes potatoes, and green beans on it. We all take a seat which leaves one plate open.
"Who is the person that is going to be sitting there?" I ask in a calm and collected voice.
"Oh, Sam is." He smiles and starts to eat.

Sam.
I recognize that name.

"Sorry I'm late!" A high pitched voice apologizes while walking into the room.
Looking over I see the girl that Anti and I became good friends with in highschool.
"Dark?" She questions in disbelief, stopping dead in her tracks.
"Good evening Sam. It's wonderful to see you again." I smile.
She breaks out of her trance and smiles back.
"It's great to see you again too Dark." Sam says while sitting at the empty seat next to PewDIE.
Electricity shoots through her long blonde hair. Her yellow eyes light up everytime she looks over at PewDIE.
"So you two are a couple now, huh?" I smirk at Anti's question.
They both turn bright red.
"Well, we-uh...I.." I chuckle at how flustered they are.
"I am guessing that is a yes." I say while taking the last bite of my food.
"After highschool he helped me get my dream job." She smiles brightly as she thinks back.
"He was so sweet and never have I thought of him in the same way since." He smiles also.
"How could I not fall in love with this bundle of sunshine? Dark you missed out fried zoning this one." I roll my eyes.
"Sam was more of a good friend than a love interest." She nods in agreement.
"The three of us became good friends and I was so sad when they just disappeared." She frowns.
"Well we can all hang out now." Anti says, making me glare at him.

Sam was the one who left us.
She got Anti hurt.
Sadly he'll never know that.
