Y/n's POV

"Y/n." Someone whispers in my ear.
"Wake up." I open my eyes to see Seán right next to me.
I smile at him before pushing myself up.
I'm immediately met with pain.
"Woah there!" He quickly pushes me back down onto the bed.
"How am I suppose to get downstairs if you won't let me get up?" I ask him.
Seán seems to ponder for a moment.
Then his eyes light up.
Before I can even ask what his idea is, I'm swept off the bed.
"Seán!" I giggle.
He just laughs along with me as we exit the bedroom.
"How did you even sleep in there?" He asks me.
I raise an eye brow at him.
"It's fucking freezing in Dark's room." He shivers.
"Dark made his body warm when I layed next to him. I guess his warmth stayed with me even when he woke up." I say.
Then it hits me.
"Woke up!" I shout.
We've reached the bottom of the stairs and I see Dark in the kitchen.
"Dark!" I yell and jump from Jack's arms.
I see Dark's eyes widen as he sees me falling to the floor.
Everything is in slow motion.
Then the next thing I know, I'm sitting on a chair in the kitchen.
"What just happened?" I ask.
I look around to see a worried looking Dark to my left and Seán running into the kitchen.
"You scared the hell out of me!" He tells me.
"It's a good thing I looked over. I made a portal on the floor that made to land in the chair." Dark says.
I smile.
"You're awake!" I go to jump out of my chair to hug him, but I suddenly can't move.
"You really need to fix her ankle before we run out of magic trying to keep her from leaping places."
Anti comes into view.
"You can let her go now." Dark says.
He nods and swipes his hand.
"You need to be more careful." Mark says as he places a glass full of a light purple liquid in front of me.
"What's that?" I ask.
"It will prep you from when I heal your ankle." Dark says.
I nod.
I pick up the glass and take a small sip.
"Tastes like lemons!"
Dark smiles slightly at me before walking away with Mark.
"How are you feeling?" Jack asks as he takes a seat across from me.
"My ankle is still in pain, but the drink seems to be helping it." I respond
"Well I'm glad."
He smiles.
"Did you recover from last night?" I ask Anti as he takes a seat next to Jack.
"I did." He says. "All I had to do was release some common diseases in the air and go to sleep."
"What?" I ask, confused.
"Doesn't matter right now."
As he says that a plate of beautiful looking food is placed in the table in front of me.
I quickly look up to see that it's Dark who put it there.
I smile and thank him as he takes a seat at the head of the table which is between Anti and I.
He sees down his own plate while Mark gives everyone else their plates.
He then takes a seat to my right.
As he sits down I take a bite of the scrambled eggs.
They're amazing.
My eyes widen as I move on to the pancakes.
They're the best things I've ever tasted.
"Did you make this Mark?" I ask.
He smirks and shakes his head before pointing to my left.
I follow his finger to see Dark awkwardly waving at me.
"Dark..." I start off.
He looks sad and nervous.
"It's amazing!" I shout and squeeze his hand.
He looks up at me and smiles a real smile.
It warms up my heart to see him so happy.
When then all dig even deeper into our breakfast.

- - -

We're all just about done when I decide that it's now or never told propose my idea.
"When are we going to The Systems?" I ask.
As soon as I mention the name, Mark spits out his orange juice and everyone else seems just as shocked.
"What do you mean?" Anti asks.
"Well I did mess up my ankle to get those Hell blades for nothing." I tell him.
"I want to go to The Systems with them to save our parents our parents and everyone else there."
I take a glance at everyone to see that they look conflicted.
"It's dangerous." Mark is the first time say something.
"And? This is our Mom's life at steak here."
I think back to seeing Phil at the King's castle.
"And I think I know our ticket back." I smirk.
"What is that suppose to mean?" Jack asks.
"I saw Phil at the King's castle the last time I was there." I tell them.
"Now I love Phil, but I'm almost positive that he was sent here to get us by Leader Moskoff."
Mark and Jack seem to be in deep though while Anti stares off into space and Dark looks indifferent.
"So you want him to take us there? Right to Leader Moskoff?" Seán asks.
I nod.
"You don't know Phil like I do. There's a reason why he's doing this and I bet it's got to do with Dan." I say.
"If we tell him our plan then maybe he'll be willing to help us so we can in return, help him."
Dark shakes his head.
"Too dangerous. We go there the same way you got here." He says.
I chuckle.
"I had to scale the side of a large rocky thing to get here. Besides, I don't even remember where that even was."
Dark then looks to Mark and Seán.
"Then we go the way that you got here."
Mark shakes his head.
"Don't remember where that is either." He admits.
"Then we find the closest sewage pipe and find our way to the Humans from there." Anti butts in.
"Sounds alright." Dark agrees.
"Yeah." Both Mark and Seán sigh.
My eyes light up as I glance at every person sitting around the table.
"Really?" I ask.
"Sure, but maybe we should bring that Phil of yours as a prisoner, just incase." Anti suggests.
"Can't. He 'works' for King Lucifer now." Dark tells him.
Anti rolls his eyes.
"Oh Dark, I have my ways."
