Crap. I am so sorry guys. My days are all off. I didn't even know today was Wednesday. Well I hope this chapter was worth waiting a few extra range hours for. Sorry.

Y/n's POV

I sit at the kitchen table with a Hell Blade in my grasp. The Rebel Leaders should be here any minute with their best fighters. I couldn't sleep last night. Instead I spent the night drawing up a map of the city based off of Dark's wrist thing. I sat at his desk while doing this. Seeing him actually sleep was weird. He's told me multiple times how Demons don't actually sleep. The only time they sleep is when they need to recharge their magic. I smile as I remember how Dark would lay with me all night. He didn't sleep cause he didn't need to. When I was watching him sleep, I had never seen him so peaceful. His face was blank but not in it's usual way. He looked content. I didn't leave him room until six in the morning. The rest of the time I've spent cleaning the house out of anxiety. Now I'm just sitting at the table. It's about ten thirty now. The only person to come down stairs was Anti. He didn't even seem to notice me though. He looked really rushed. He had grabbed a cup of coffee before teleporting back to his room.

"Morning." A gruff voice says from behind me. I smile and put the blade away. "Morning." Dark leans down and gives me a kiss before heading over to get some tea. "I don't understand how you Humans do it." He says. I raise an eyebrow at him. "Do what?" I ask. "A lot of things." He chuckles. "But I mean wake up. I'm still tired even though I got so much sleep last night." I laugh. "Welcome to being Human. You'll never get enough sleep." Dark smiles and takes a seat next to me. He slides me a mug full of tea. "Are those Mark's clothes?" I ask before taking a sip. "I didn't have many t-shirts and jeans of my own." He tells me. "Suit-man is gone!" Dark rolls his eyes. "Well better dress like a normal Human if I'm gonna be one for the rest of my life." His eyes then suddenly widen. "I don't have much time left!" He panics. "Time for what?" I question. "Time to live! Demons can live for a really long time. We don't die in Hell until we're murdered, but I'm Earth we have a life span." He says. "Still way longer than Humans thought. I can't believe I'm gonna die around my seventies." I shake my head. "You still have Demon blood. I'm sure you'll still live a Demon life span."

I sip the rest of my tea away when laughter comes from the living room. It's the laughter of multiple children. Both Dark and I look at one another before standing up. We head out into the living room to see Peridot giggling with a small group of children.

"Where did you guys come from?" I ask. "Us." I turn around to see Caila with tons of people behind her. "We thought that Peridot would like some kids to play with while we trained. " Mark comes up next to me with a large smile on his face. "Well I'll take them upstairs to play." Mark giddily walks over to the kids and leads them upstairs to his room. "Such a sweet boy." Caila says. I nod in agreement. "You're here." Anti teleports into the room. "We are." Orin says. "Well we should split off right away then!" I clap my hands together. "All medics go with Dark into the kitchen. I then want the rest of you to split into your temporary assigned groups." The medics leave with Dark while the others scramble around to get into their groups. "Six; perfect." I mumble. "Okay! You guys go with Rose out into the backyard." They leave. "You go with Orin upstairs. Go into any empty room." They head upstairs. "You with Anti into his room with Gavein." Another group gone. "Crete, take them into my room. It's labeled." They go and we're left with two groups. "Caila, there's a little room off the kitchen you can take them to." She nods and I'm left with the final group. "Hello." I wave to them. They wave back.
