Dark's POV
(Still)

"Anti!" I call out into the apartment as the black smoke around me clears up.
"Yeah?" He asks, walking into the livingroom.
"I have some news." I say.
"What is it?" He looks super confused.
"We're moving." I tell him with a smirk on my face.
"Um...why?" His voice glitches.
"Because I have a new job." I begin walking towards my room.
"What is it?" He asks, following me.
"The King asked me to be one of his guards. We'll be moving into a new place not too far from here with the money I got." I make a bag of money I've been holding this whole time visible.
"Woah." I nod.
"I'll pack your stuff in a minute just let me do mine first."
Flicking my wrist, suit cases and a few boxes come out of nowhere. I then point my finger and flick my wrist again, causing everything in my room to fly into the boxes and suit cases.
"Now let's go pack yours."

It takes me only ten minutes to pack up the whole apartment and get all the stuff into the livingroom. The house were moving into is about a block from here. We really need a bigger place than this tiny apartment to stay in and I don't want to move into the rich neighborhood. I can't really stand most of the people who live there.
"Now that we're going to be rich we should buy a human." Anti laughs and goo oozes out his eye.
"Oh ha ha." I roll my eyes.
Anti knows I can't stand the thought of owning a human. Even though they're pets they look too much like us for me to be comfortable with demons owning them.
"I don't really want one either. I just think it's funny how uncomfortable they make you."
He laughs so more.
"Whatever. Just take your hand and put your teleportation smoke all over our stuff so we can go." He nods and does what I tell him too.
We both silently cough while teleporting to our new place.

"Woah." Anti says in amazement as we stand outside our new place.
"It's paid for. Let's go in." We teleport again to get all our stuff inside and end up in the livingroom.
"This is amazing!" I get out a tissue and hand it to him, already knowing his eye is gonna ooze it's septic goo.
"Go on and pick a room." I tell him.
He smiles like a kid in a candy store before running up the stairs to find a room. I smile with delight.

Who knew that reading my spell book all day would get me here. I'm in a place of my own that I get to share with my true family. This really everything I could ever ask for.

"I PICKED OUT A ROOM!!!" His voice glitches even more when he yells.
His head peaks at me from around a corner at the top of the stairs. He smiles the widest smile I've ever seen.
"It's real." I hear him quietly say.
"What do you mean?" I ask completely confused.
"Your smile; it's real." I feel it stretch out even bigger.
"Yeah, it seems so." I begin to walk toward the staircase.
"Now show me this amazing room you've picked out." He laughs and sprints to his new room, waiting for me to join him.
I walk up the stairs and see one door open. The door is a gray color. To get to that door I walk past two others that are white.
"Here it is!!!" Anti throws out his arms in a welcoming motion.
"Good pick." I tell him.
The room is a decent size and has a lovely view of our small backyard out one of the windows. The walls are white, but I change that quick. Moving my hands in a swishing motion, I paints the walls a mix of green and red. Anti smiles.
"Thank you so much Dark." He says as he tackles me into a hug.
"No problem. We are family after all." I say, hugging him back.
After he let's go we stand there for a few minutes in comfortable silence.
"Well what are you standing around for?" He asks.
"Go pick out your room!" I smile and run out his room like a child and open every other door.
One bedroom catches my eye.
It's a normal sized room with a book shelf built into it. One of the windows has a beautiful view of the city around us. The other window is just an average window.

This is definitely the one.

"How did I know you would pick this one." Anti chuckles from behind me.
I turn around to see the smaller man leaning against the doorframe.
"Maybe because it has a built in bookshelf." I point to it.
"Probably that." We laugh until he suddenly stops.
"Something wrong?" I ask.
"No, I just need to get to work." I nod, fully understanding that our line of work never has a certain schedule.
"You go. I'll make go shopping and make some food for when you get back." I say.
He smiles his normal psychotic smile.
"See ya' in a few Darkiepoo." I glare at him as he teleports away, leaving a green most behind.
W

hen he's completely gone I decide to go down stairs. I did say I was gonna go shopping, so I should get that out of the way.

Maybe I should walk.
It's really nice outside and it'll help me get to know the area a bit.

I turn the doorknob and walk out the front door and onto the small porch.
"Dark?"

Are you serious.

"How are you doing PewDIE?" I ask the man.
"I forgot how proper you spoke." He chuckles.
"Relax man! We're friends!" He punches my shoulder.
We walk out to the sidewalk.
"So you live here?" He asks.
"Yeah. Anti and I had just moved in." His eyes go wide.
"Anti lives with you?!" Electricity shoots through his blonde locks.
"Yes, but he is not here at the moment." I say.
"Well you guys should come over to my house later for dinner." He points to a fairly large house down the street.
"That's my place." I nod.
"I would be delighted to." I say.
"Well I better go get preparing. See ya' around Dark." PewDIE waves as he hears to his house.
"See you PewDIE." I wave back to him before turning around and going back into the house.

What did I just get myself into.
