With no one talking and Hank's blaring music, the car ride seemed to last forever. They finally reached the address that was in the report; a dismal little house with only a couple windows. The front yard was muddy with only a little bit of grass growing outside. Detective Collins was outside waiting for them.
"Stay in the car- Fuck, what's it's name again?" Hank asked Liv.
"You could ask him yourself," she said, "Don't act like he can't hear you."
"My name is Connor."
"Stay in the car, Connor," Hank said, but Liv held the door open and motioned for him to come out. He would've got out anyway, but he didn't tell her that. Hank and Liv crossed into the crime scene, but a DPD android stopped him.
"No androids are allowed beyond this point," the android said.
"It's ok. He's with me and Hank," Liv said, showing her badge.
"So, Hank's got an android?" Detective Collins asked.
"Not by choice." She stepped inside and the smell of the body hit her immediately. She used her jacket to cover her nose some, "Oh my God!"
The place would be disgusting, even if there wasn't a dead body in the room. Trash was scattered everywhere and there was some red ice on one of the tables.
Although the body had to be the worst Liv had ever seen on the job. It was estimated he had been here for about 2 weeks, and the corpse was rotting, with bugs swarming all around him.
Hank looked over the body, not nearly as fazed as Liv was. "The state he's in, wasn't worth calling everyone out in the middle of the night."
"Hey, I thought I told you to stay in the car!" Hank said once he finally noticed Connor.
"He can help," Liv answered for him.
"Whatever. Just don't let him touch anything."
Connor knew he wasn't going to listen to that, but nodded anyway. He scanned the victim.

"The victim was stabbed 28 times," Connor said.
"Yeah, I guess the killer really wanted him dead," Liv said, focusing on the writing above the victim.
"I AM ALIVE"
"No human writes like this," Liv said, "Did he have an andriod?"
"Yes, but we weren't able to locate it," one of the officers said.
Connor dipped his fingers in the blood on the wall and then on the tip of his tongue, earning a disgusted look from Liv.
"What are you doing?"
"Analyzing the blood. I can check samples in real time. I'm sorry, I should have warned you."
"Well did you find anything?"
"It's written in the victim's blood."
"That's all?" He nodded. She hoped that would have given them something more considering how gross it was.
"My reconstruction of the events shows they came from the kitchen, we should could continue our search from there." Connor straightened his tie as he walked to the kitchen, with Liv following closely behind him.
