Liv stood outside of the warehouse, taking a deep breath as she tried to prepare herself. Connor was in there, he needed her to do this. She kept reminding herself of that.
She did everything they asked. Unarmed, alone, and no one would be going after her for now. North knew this location, but she would only come looking if Gavin woke up and realized she was gone. That is if he would even tell North. She had at least a couple hours, most likely, and that was long enough to get Connor out. She went in.
"I was starting to think you weren't going to show, Olivia," Alexander said, motioning to one of the other men. He grabbed on to her and before she had time to react a needle stabbed the side of her neck. Her eyelids felt heavy and her body felt numb as she fell to the ground. The man picked her up as she slowly faded out of consciousness.

"Liv?" Connor called out as she started to wake up.
"Connor, are you okay?"
"I'll be fine. You shouldn't have came here."
"I wasn't going to just let you die here," Liv paused, looking around to make sure no one else was around, "North knows where we are, she'll come after us in a few hours."
"Liv, you've been unconscious for a few hours already. We're in a different building," Connor explained.
"Shit!" Liv said under her breath, "You sound bad, Con."
"A biocomponet that controls my voice was damaged. It doesn't harm me at all, it just makes me sound somewhat... robotic. I'll be fine."
"You're bleeding out, Con. Don't lie to me, how long do you have until you shut down?"
"It's not as bad as it seems. They need us alive, Liv. They're not going to let either of us die."
"Ok, I'm gonna get you out of here and you can go get repaired."
The small room they were in didn't have any windows, and was completely bare. Gray metal lined the walls and grey concrete for flooring. The only thing around them were the a few machines. Liv got up from the floor and went over to Connor. He was still tied up. She hugged him quickly.
"I was so afraid I wouldn't ever see you again," she started untying him, before she could, Liam entered the room.
"My two favorite love birds are finally awake," Liam said.
"Why are you doing this?"
"Oh Liv, I'm not a bad guy. I'm just a good business man. It's quite shocking how many want the two of you dead, and how much some were willing to pay for it, but Alexander promised me a lot more.
"The two of us are taking over CyberLife's business. His androids and my new human upgrades are going to be worth a fortune. We'll be powerful. I'm completely android now, and so will everyone else in a few years. I'm the only one as of now, completely powerful, with all the perks of being android and human and none of the cons."
Liv laughed, "The only one? You think you've got some one of a kind idea, don't you?"
"Yes, I am. No one else is upgraded like me. People will come from all over the world to get the upgrades. Everyone wants to be immortal."
"Well, genius, I'm hybrid too. You're not special."
"You're lying! No one else could create that! That's something Kamski couldn't even dream of making!"
"No, I'm not," she said as she removed the synthetic skin on her arm.
"Well, that works perfectly. We were going to reset Connor and make you watch, but now we can reset the both of you," Liam smirked and grabbed Liv by the arm. She tried to get out of his grasp, but was drugged again. She fell unconscious again. Liam dragged her to one of the machines and attached the wires to her.
"When Liv wakes up, she won't remember a single thing about you, Connor. It won't matter to you for long though. Your memory won't be there much longer either. However I wasn't prepared to reset the two of you in such little time. I'll just have to improvise a little for you, Connor," Liam said. He turned on the machine and it made Liv's head snap back. Her eyes opened and widened in fear. Liam then hooked a few wires to Connor and turned on the machine.
He seemed satisfied with his work, and left the room. He left them there, to slowly have their memories drained away. Connor could hack into the machine he was hooked up to. It wasn't very complicated. Liv had loosened the restraints on him when she attempted to untie him, and he continued to loosen them until he could slip out of them. He stood up and ran over to Liv.

"Liv, I didn't-"
"Who are you?"
