"Mom? Come back! How do I get out?" Liv yelled.

Everything around her was completely black, and silent. Her screams made no echo at all in the vast nothingness. All she wanted was to leave this place, or see her mom again. She wanted to see something, anyone, but nothing was around her.

"Is anyone here?" Liv screamed.

"Someone get me out of here!"

"I don't want to be here!"

"I don't want to be stuck here. I want to be alive again! This can't be forever, I can't stand it!"

She fell down to the ground on her knees, screaming at the lack of anything around her. Even looking down at the floor she was sitting on looked like nothing. More endless nothingness was below her, as if she would fall from here at any moment. She slammed her fist against it, over and over again.

At first, it did nothing, but soon she began to see gray lines appear on the ground. With each punch, the lines got brighter. The ground was shattering as if it were glass.

------------

The operation had worked so far. Liv was alive. This was the best news Connor had ever heard. However, she hadn't woken up and was in the ICU, which was family only. Hank checked in every now and then, but couldn't always be there like Connor had been. It had been like this for about a week and a half now. Noah was the only one who could visit her, but he chose not to. He said that he didn't want to see her until she was awake. Connor didn't really understand, because he would've taken every opportunity he could to see her. However, he realized it might be hard for him to meet her like this.

On Sunday, Hank had stopped at the hospital to see if there was any new news on Liv. Connor told him that there wasn't any. Hank frowned at the andriod.

"Connor, you're a mess. You need to get out of here for a little while, it's tearing you apart staying here all the time."

"I'm not leaving until I see her, Lieutenant."

"I had a feeling you'd say something like that. Come out to the parking lot for a minute, I've got something to show you. It'll only be a minute."

Connor complied and followed Hank out to his car. In the backseat, Hank pulled out a jacket and a Detroit hat. He handed the items to Connor.

"Take off your jacket and put these on," Hank said.

"Why?"

"Would you just shut up and do it? We're sneaking in to see Liv."

"Oh, alright."

Quickly, Connor took of his jacket and put on the one Hank brought him, then zipped it up. He put on the cap, looking into the side mirrors on Hank's car to make sure he was covering his LED. Hank handed him a card. It was a fake ID with his picture on it, with the name 'Connor Anderson' on it. He didn't question where he got it.

"I'll do all the talking, okay? And don't act stupid, 'cause if we get caught I'll probably go to prison and you'll be used for scrap parts," Hank explained.

"Got it," They walked towards the hospital, entering the waiting room again. Now, they walked towards the front desk. The two andriod receptionists were busy, so the human supervisor helped them.

"How can I help you?"

"Me and my son are here to see Olivia Thomas," Hank explained.
