Lieutenant Anderson and Connor left to go to Kamski's mansion a few hours ago and hadn't returned yet. Kamski lived in the middle of no where, so they wouldn't be back for a while. The new RK800 considered it the perfect chance to accomplish his mission, to get Detective Thomas to never want to see Connor again.

He walked up to her apartment and knocked on the door. Liv looked through the peep hole at the top of the door and opened it when she seen him.

"Hey, I didn't think you'd be back from Kamski's so soon."

"Unfortunately, it was a short conversation with Kamski. He didn't know anything. Truly a bad idea on your part, he left CyberLife years ago, what would he know?"

"Um, I guess you're right." She opened the door and let him in. He sat down on her couch and she sat next to him.

"So Connor, about last night. I really did accidentally say that we are in love, but I didn't really mean to say that. I mean I don't not love you, but that's a little fast. Um, Connor, I just really like you. And I know that sounds stupid, for a human to feel that way about an android but I do. I've been hoping you feel that way too," Liv began to explain her feelings to him. She had been rehearsing what to say since he left this morning, yet her nerves took over and the words didn't come out the way she wanted it to. Her phone began to ring.

"It's Hank," she said as she tried to answer. He quickly swatted her hand away.

"No!"

"Why not?"

"Because-" he tried to explain his reasoning, but couldn't find a reasonable explanation. Instead, he crashed his lips on to hers and caught her by surprise. He laid on top of her, her squirming underneath him.

"Connor, not right now," she managed to say before he began to kiss her again. Her phone stopped ringing for a moment, but began to ring again.

"Stop!" she yelled at him.

"Connor, no!"

"Get off of me!" She shoved him off of her with her stronger andriod arm once she knew he wasn't going to stop.

"I said no, Connor. What's wrong with you?" she said as she grabbed her phone, but by the time she got to it it had stopped ringing.

"You're so naive. You think a machine can fall in love with you. Humans can't fall in love with machines, because we don't feel anything."

"Connor, what are you talking about?"

"I've met plenty of humans that are stupid, but you're completely fucking delusional. It's stupid to think anyone could fall in love with something like you, a hybrid, something lesser than even androids, but you think I love you? Can't you see I've been using you from the start, I need you for my mission and nothing more."

"Connor, you're not acting like yourself," she said, and began to look hurt by his words. The part about her being lesser probably hurt her the most.

"Look at you, you're pitiful and in denial. This isn't your fairytale, Detective. This is the real me, I was sent to get close to you. CyberLife thought you might know the location of where the deviants are hiding because of your father, but you don't. I was never sent to solve deviant cases, just to get you to trust me. However now, you've proven that you're utterly useless."

"Then get out of here! If I'm useless then why don't you just leave, Connor. Don't fucking come back."

He knew he had to keep going. The RK800 knew that he had to ruin any chance they had of coming back together. So he continued, "Lieutenant Anderson doesn't care about you either, you know? He told me today. He thinks you're just as needy and useless as I do. You're still like a recruit in his eyes, just someone he has to watch over that slows him down."

"Leave Hank out of this!" Liv began to wipe tears from her eyes.

"Every moment I had to spend with you, I just kept thinking to myself, no wonder your mom killed herself."

"Leave, now!" She got up and shoved him.

"You little bitch!" He slapped her across the face.

"You really are just a machine,"

"Of course I am. What did you think I was?" He smirked.

"Fuck you!" She shoved him again, harder this time. Finally, he went to the door and left, Liv flipping him off as he went.

She sat back down on the couch and began to sob. Forgetting all about the phone calls from Hank, and focusing on his words instead. The longer he spoke, the more it felt knives being thrown at her heart, leaving a stinging feeling in her chest.

The words 'no wonder your mom killed herself' kept repeating over and over again in her mind. His voice in her head felt like it was beating against her brain. She had prepared herself to possibly be rejected by him, but she never expected something like this. This hurt a lot more than what she prepared for. She started to think that after all these years, maybe her dad was right, everyone does leave because of her.

Blood began to pool in her mouth and run from her nose as she became more stressed. Purple blood covered the lower half of her face now, but she just sat there and did nothing. For the moment, she didn't care what happened to her.

Not long after, the original Connor got back to her apartment. He knocked on the door, but received no answer. Liv had managed to clean herself up a little, but seeing his face through the peep hole only made the blood begin to pour from her nose again.

Connor continued to knock, starting to become worried. He had brushed off the fact that she didn't answer any of Hank's phone calls, but this seemed strange.

"Liv, are you home?" He said.

"Go away!" She yelled.

"Liv, can you please let me inside?"

"Why should I? All you wanted to do was leave an hour ago!"

Her statement confused him, as he hadn't been here an hour ago, or at all since early this morning.

"Liv, can we talk?"

She opened up the door, but still had the chain deadbolt locked so he couldn't get in. He saw her; crying, with purple blood dripping down her nose and a red mark across her face that looked like a hand print.

"What happened?"

"If you came to break my heart again, Connor, then leave. Asshole."

"Seriously, Liv, who did that to you?" He said, talking about the hand print on her face.

"Are you really that forgetful? Fuck you, Connor."

"Liv, just let me in. I don't understand what's going on."

"Fine." She undid the deadbolt and opened the door, standing in the doorway, right in front of him.

"Liv, what's going on with you?"

Instead of giving an answer, she punched him in the face. He was knocked to the ground.

"I haven't had to deal with anyone yelling things like that at me or hit me in a long time, and there's no way in hell I'm letting a fucking machine do that to me again. Never come back here, okay?" She slammed the door shut.
