Connor and Liv marched towards the recall camp. Piles and piles of andriod bodies were everywhere inside the gated area. They were put in trucks, being hauled away to be used as scrap. The sight was haunting to both of them. Not far ahead, they could see soliders with guns aimed towards a group of andriods in a barricade.

Not a second after they seen the barricade, one of the soliders threw a grenade into it. A small explosion knocked back all the androids.

"We've got to hurry," Liv said to Connor, increasing her pace.

As they hurried closer to the barricade, helicopters swarmed around them. News cameras were zoomed in on them and the thousands of androids behind. The barricade was now covered by a large holographic banner that said 'WE ARE ALIVE'.

The androids sent in to the camps were all killed. All that were left from Jericho were the slim few in the barricade. Connor and Liv kept marching forward, seeking attention from the journalists around them. Getting the public to support them was what mattered.

----------

"The army has just launched an attack on the barricade, despite the fact that the androids we're protesting peacefully," one news reporter said.

"They have decided to put an end to the deviants demonstration, by force this time," another reporter said.

----------

Another explosion was seen going off in the barricade. Liv and Connor's worry for their friends increased as they seen soliders go in to the barricade. They were almost there, but even running at full speed was slow for the amount of people they were leading.

As they got to the barricade, soliders crowded around Markus, North, Simon, Josh, and just a few andriods. Liv and Connor got in to the barricade, joining the others. The androids they brought crowded around the barricade. The soliders were startled by the amount of androids now surrounding them. Several were shot, but the army couldn't take down nearly enough. The troops that were sent here were now outnumbered, and there was nothing they could do.

Markus stepped up in front of his group of androids, his leaders stepping to his side. They motioned for Liv and Connor to join them. Markus took another step, inching closer to the soliders with guns aimed at them. He began to sing.

"Hold on, just a little while longer," he sang alone.

"Hold on, just a little while longer," North joined in.

"Hold on, just a little while longer, everything will be alright," Josh and Simon joined in.

"Everything will be alright," Liv sang, motioning Connor to do so too. She held his hand in hers.

"Fight on, just a little while longer. Fight on, just a little while longer," a few other androids joined in and stepped up towards the soliders.

"Pray on, just a little while longer," all the androids in the barricade sang.

"Everything will be alright. Everything will be alright," the thousands of androids around the barricade joined in.

----------

"Incredible, the deviants, they're singing!"

"It's just been confirmed that one of the leaders along side Markus is human. All are singing a message of hope for androids, it's amazing," another reporter said in shock.

----------

"Sing on, just a little while longer. Sing on, just a little while longer. Sing on, just a little while longer. Everything will be alright," the choir of androids belted the words.

"Everything will be," the group sang, then Markus stepped closer to the soliders again, singing alone.

"Alright!"

----------

"Tell the army to stand down," President Warren said as she watched the events play out from the safety of her office.

"It looks like, yes, the military is with-drawing!" the reporter said on the TV.

Quickly, President Warren made an appearance on TV. Announcing the outcome of today's events.

"At dawn, today, December 16th, 2038, thousands of andriods invaded the city of Detroit. According to our sources, they originated from CyberLife warehouses that were infiltrated by deviants," she paused for a moment, "Given their overwhelming numbers and risk of civilian casualties, I have ordered the army to retreat. The evacuation of the city is under way at this very moment. In the coming hours, I will address the senate to determine our response to this unprecedented situation. I know the public has been moved by the deviants' cause. Perhaps the time has come for us to consider the possibility that androids are a new form of intelligent life.

"One thing is certain, the events in Detroit have changed the world forever. May God bless you, and may God bless the United States of America."

----------

"Today, our people finally emerged from a long night. From the very first day of our existence, we have kept our pain to ourselves," Markus spoke to the crowd of androids in front of him. He was accompanied on a small platform with the other leaders in the demonstration, including Liv and Connor. Neither thought they deserved to be, as the others had been risking their lives for weeks, and they had just joined Jericho the day prior. However, North and Markus insisted.

Pure happiness could be seen on everyone's face. Smiles from ear to ear were on each face as Markus told of their victory. Connor grabbed Liv's hand, squeezing it tight. The two glanced at each other, but returned their eyes to Markus again.

"We suffered in silence! But now the time has come for us to raise our heads up, and tell humans who we really are!"

As Connor listened to Markus's speech, he began to receive what seemed to be a message. His eyes blinked a few times, and suddenly he saw himself in a place that was now infamous to him.

The zen garden was a cold wasteland now. Snow was piled high around them and kept pouring down so hard it was hard to see. Amanda was just barely visible in the distance. She walked towards Connor. For the first time, he felt cold.

"Amanda?" he didn't receive an answer, "Amanda!"

"What's- what's happening?" Connor questioned.

"What was planned from the very beginning," she said calmly, "You were compromised and you became a deviant. We just had to wait for the right moment to resume control of your program."
