"It all just happened so fast. I called 911, and I tried to get Connor's gun, but I couldn't find it. Then they were gone," Liv explained to Hank. She had been talking to Hank at the station for a while now.

Gavin came out of Fowler's office, and was obviously mad about something. He slammed a file down on his desk.

"Phck!" he yelled and kicked his desk. Hank looked over to him, wondering what was making him so mad.

"Captain Bitch won't let me take Connor's case. Apparently, it's not as important," Gavin said, "That's bullshit."

Liv immediately went into Fowler's office. He can't do that. They needed to find Connor, and missing person cases were what Gavin was best at. She opened the glass doors of the office and walked inside.

"Who's getting Connor's case, if Gavin isn't?" she asked, getting straight to her point.

"No one right now."

"He's been kidnapped! You can't just put the case on hold!" Liv said.

"Everyone is overloaded, and we have to take priority on human cases. Someone will investigate, eventually, but we don't have anyone to right now."

"Priority? No one should be prioritized when there are lives in danger, and Connor's an officer. If anyone should have priority, it's him."

"Connor was fired immediately after andriods gained their freedom. It wasn't my decision. Deviant Cases are non-existent now that androids are free, and we couldn't afford to pay him for not doing anything," Fowler explained. Connor hadn't told her any of that. She didn't have time to worry now about why he hadn't told her, but it did explain why she couldn't find his gun.

"We both know that the first 24 hours are the most crucial in a missing person's case. I'm begging you, someone has to find him," Liv said, "The more time we waste here, the less likely we find him alive."

"I'm sorry, Thomas, but there's nothing I can do," Fowler sighed, "We're already short staffed."

Liv felt as mad as Gavin did just a few minutes ago. She wiped the tears away, and planned how she was going to do this. Hank and Gavin were sitting next to each other, and she walked over to them.

"If he won't let anyone investigate, I'm going to do it myself," Liv explained.

"What are you planning?" Hank asked.

"I might know some people who could help," Liv said, "So are you two coming with me?"

"Let's go," Gavin said as he got up, Hank following behind him.

"North! North!" Liv yelled, trying to get her attention.

"Liv?" North said, walking back over to her. She hugged her, "I didn't think you would ever come back to Jericho."

"I wish it was under better circumstances. Where's Marcus? It would be best to explain to both of you at the same time," Liv explained. North looked a little worried for a moment, and quickly went to go get Marcus. He was standing with Simon, and North had to practically drag him over.

Gavin and Hank had walked into Jericho with her. They seemed surprised by all of it. Liv couldn't believe they were still here, in this church. Marcus and North came over to them.

"Hey Liv, where's Connor?" Marcus asked.

"That's why I'm here. Connor's been- he's been kidnapped, and we were hoping you might help us find him. The DPD won't investigate it, so we're doing it ourselves."
