It didn't take long to find what room Blake was in. It was the one crawling with police trying to protect that asshole. If only they knew how dirty he was. Or maybe they did know. You can't trust the cops in this city. Once I was sure where he was I pulled my mask out of my purse that I left on the roof and pulled it over my head to hide my face. I dropped down from the roof just in time to see Matt leap in threw Blakes window.

"Shit," I mumbled as I jumped down grabbing onto the ledge of the window so I would not fall to my death.

I hung there for a few seconds before pulling myself up and climbing into the window as well.

Once inside I saw that Matt had knocked out Blakes partner and was standing over Blake who had started coughing.

"What the hell is going on in here?" I asked, but Matt ignored me, entirely focusing on Blake.

"I need you to listen to me. We don't have much time. Whatever your partner just injected you with has already reached your heart. You're gonna be dead soon, and there's nothing anyone can do about it." Matt told him as the heart monitor started beeping out of control.

"Hoffman," Brett yelled from the other side off the door.

I quickly ran over and pushed the chair up next to the door making it harder to open.

"Tell me everything you know about Fisk," Matt told him.

"Hoffman open the door!" He yelled again.

"We need to get out of here," I told Matt as I watched the doorknob start to move as Brett tried to open it.

"Is it my turn for this?" Blake asked not making much sense.

"Hoffman what the hell is going on in there!" Brett yelled again.

Blake was dying and was unable to speak.

"We have to go," I told Matt again, and this time he looked at me and nodded his head in agreement.

I jumped out the window first and before Matt could follow the cops had busted down the door and got a look at him before he leaped out the window after me.

We climbed up to the roof and quickly jumped from building to building putting as much distance between the hospital and us. Finally, we stopped to catch out breaths.

"What the hell were you thinking going there?" I yelled at him.

"Trying to get some answers!" He yelled back.

"Yeah, how did that go for you? You're getting sloppy!" I continued to yell.

"I'm not sloppy!" He snapped back.

"Yeah, so the cops did not see you jump out the window, and they're not going to think that you killed Blake," I said to him.

He did not answer. Instead, he just ran off. I followed after him.

"Where the hell are you going?" I yelled after him.

"We need to talk to Ben." He told me.

"Shouldn't we change fist?" I asked.

"No, we need to talk to him, not Matt and Luna." He answered.

It had started raining on our way to Bens work. So now we stood in an ally completely drenched and cold waiting for Ben to leave and walk to his car.

"I'm cold," I complained to Matt.

"Stop being such a baby." He responded.

"I'm not a baby, but I'm fucking cold," I told him again.
