We made super weird noises in the hallway.

I'm sure kids turned their heads

And judged us,

"Oh, there go those weird people again!"

But we don't care.

It's fun to be weird,

Especially with your best friend.

We have had our arguments,

We have pissed each other off,

But we make it through.

Our fights have only strengthened us

And made our friendship better.

Some of our friends totally abandoned us

After our first fight,

And I thank you for not doing that.

You always make me laugh,

Whether it's an inappropriate joke

Or some weird thing that happened in a class,

You have a magic touch,

An ability to always put a smile on my face,

A genuine smile...

Thank you for telling me about your own problems.

I'm sure there are some I don't know about,

And that's okay.

You don't have to tell me everything,

I understand.

I do that too.

We will always able to talk to each other,

When either of us needs something.

Don't ever forget that.

I think I would have finally given up,

And drowned.

When your friends were being whiney, depressed, and annoying

For literally no reason at all.

Thank you for not judging me when I do.

It's hard to deal with difficult people,

And I want you to know

That you have never been someone like that to me.

Yeah,

We've had our fights,

But you've never hurt me as much as they have.
