It was around 6:00 A.M. when they ended up making it back to Uraraka's place. She'd invited Y/N to stay over, and Y/N couldn't say no. More like she was too tired to say no to a sleepover. When they'd made it back to the city, they'd stopped by Y/N's apartment and she'd grabbed her phone, and an extra change of clothes. She had a feeling they weren't going to be back early.
She'd been completely right.
Uraraka's home was about twenty minutes from UA, a one story house, with a nice little gate at the entrance and a garage. Uraraka had stored her family's suburban before she invited Y/N in, who limped inside, her heels click-clacking behind her the whole way. She still couldn't believe Uraraka had convinced her to wear one of her dresses earlier when they'd stopped by her house first. She'd even smashed makeup on Y/N's face, hiding the bruise on her cheek and covering the mall cut on her lip.
"You can head to my room," Uraraka told her as they walked into the kitchen. It was small, but very homey with frames of fruit and family pictures hanging on the peach colored walls."It's to the far right. I'm going grab snacks for us."
"Got it," Y/N gave her a thumbs up as she walked through the living room. The way all the colors matched one another, and the way the furniture was organized, Y/N could tell Uraraka's mother loved decor.
As she made it to the end of the corridor, she opened the door to her right.
Uraraka's room was as big as Y/N's, but she had done a much better job decorating than Y/N had. The walls were a light pink with a plethora of posters taped to them. Her eyes shifted to Uraraka's bed. It was a queen size, with butterfly printed sheets and matching cabinets on either side. Y/N glanced down to the floor. Even her carpet was cute.
Y/N groaned and took off her red heels. Why had she agreed to go dancing with Uraraka? When she'd suggested to make 'girls night' happen she'd meant pizza and a movie. Not clubbing at 3 A.M, but whatever made Uraraka happy.
Y/N reached into her backpack and pulled out the sweater and sweatpants she'd packed earlier. She needed to take the red dress she had on off. It was very short, and exposed more skin than she liked. It originally belonged to Uraraka, who was much smaller than her, so it was stuck to her like a second skin.
Only when she started shrugging the sweater on, did she realize she'd accidentally brought Shouto's Marvel sweater with her. The one he'd lend her a few weeks back, after the incident with the men in the alley. She groaned inwardly. The night was supposed to help her forget him for a few hours, but a simple piece of clothing had her yearning for him all over again. She had nothing else to wear, so she left it on.
"I'm back with snacks!" Uraraka busted in holding an array of snacks and bottles in her arms.
"Is that tequila?" Y/N frowned. "How did you even get it?"
"My dad has a stash his business partners give to him as a gift," Uraraka dropped everything on her bed.
"I don't drink," Y/N told her.
"Awe," Uraraka pouted. She looked like she'd already had a couple sips from the bottle. "More for me then." She groaned when she spilled some of it on her dress."I'm going to go ahead and change," Uraraka told her. "I want to look at the pictures we took throughout the night." She walked into the adjacent bathroom.
"Cool." Y/N dragged her tired body onto Uraraka's bed and laid on her stomach, reaching for a box of chocolates.
Y/N popped one in her mouth as she took her phone out. She had a few messages from Kaminari and Midoriya asking about how she was feeling, but she'd responded to them earlier that night.
