"What do you want?" Y/N's voice was shrill. Her chin trembled as she tried to stop herself from sobbing. Uraraka was breathing, but against her skull, underneath Y/N's fingers, Y/N could feel the oh, too familiar warm dampness—Uraraka was bleeding. She needed medical attention as soon as possible.
"What do I want?" She sneered at her. When she shifted his foot forward, Y/N noticed the limp in her step. She could only conclude it had been from where she'd shot her. "Don't you remember me, bitch?"
Y/N stared at her with wide eyes. She cradled Uraraka closer to her. She needed to get her away from this woman, or at least call someone. Her phone was in her purse, but she'd thrown it a few feet away from her when she'd lunged to catch Uraraka.
"Cat got your tongue?" Y/N didn't need for her to take her sunglasses off to know she was glaring at her. Her gun pressed painfully against Y/N's forehead. "You were lots of talk last time we ran into each other. You didn't give my buddy Twice or Mustard much time before you shot them."
"Look, please, let me get my friend some help. She's bleeding. Afterwords, I'm all yours, okay?" Y/N pleaded, but that only seemed to anger her even more.
"You're asking me to spare her?" She cackled in dry laughter. "That's ironic since you didn't spare me or either of my friends when you shot us and left us unconscious to bleed to death."
"Please," Y/N tried again. Had her actions prior caused her own demise? "She has nothing to do with this—ah!"
She'd yanked her from her ponytail and was pulling her to her feet. Y/N cried out in pain as she was ripped away from Uraraka, who ended up strewn out on the dirty alley floor.
"Uraraka!" Y/N cried as she tried to go back to her, but she didn't allow her to get far. She grasped either side of her face with one hand as she slammed her against the wall. She brought the gun back to her head again.
"Shut the hell up," she growled at her. Her breath was stale and smelled like rotten eggs, but there was something else....she had traces of alcohol on her—she'd been drinking. Y/N grasped on to her arms, but she didn't budge. Y/N's knuckles had turned white from the effort. "Stay still, dammit." He shook Y/N like a ragged doll.
"I've been searching for you," she sneered. "And now that I've got you, I'm not letting you go."
"Why?" Y/N gasped out. "Why are y-you doing this?"
"Why?" She pulled her forward and slammed her back once again. Y/N's thick hair saved her from taking a blow at full impact, but she couldn't say the same for her mouth. She'd accidentally bitten her bottom lip. She could feel the irony taste make its way to her tongue. "You fucking shot my friends."
"Because you tried to shoot Shouto!" Y/N defended back. "I never meant to hurt them! But if I-I—"
"You mean the Todoroki scum?" She cut her off, giving her a steely glare, causing every hair on her body to stand up. "He had it coming. That little boyfriend of yours is trouble. He was going to get what he deserved."
"By killing him?" Y/N accused. Her eyes were wide, and even though her legs were trembling and she didn't have the upper hand, she couldn't back down. She needed to get her distracted enough where she could find a chance to make her move and lead her away from Uraraka.
