HEART'S CONFUSION

This is how I see Erkenci Kus episode 49 ending and 50 beginning.

Aziz and Can were talking on the porch of Aziz's house. Can was discussing Sanem. He told his dad she is smothering him trying to get him to remember her. He said her mind seems to be all over the place. He told his dad he just doesn't see himself involved with somebody like her. He also doesn't see himself giving up his freedom for any woman. Can told his dad she acts very juvenile. Unknown to both Aziz and Can, Sanem was coming to see Can and heard the first part of the conversation. Sanem walked away in tears. After she left, Aziz told Can that Sanem changed Can for the better. She made him look at things different and she taught him how to forgive more easily. Aziz told him that Can adored, cherished and loved her. Aziz said you told me once she was the love of your life. You described her as creative, funny, beautiful, carefree and trusting. Can sat there and let that sink in.

Mihriban walked past Sanem's house and saw her crying while sitting on her couch. She ran in and asked her if she was OK. Sanem repeated to her the conversation she overheard between Aziz and Can. She told Mihriban her heart hurts and is shaking. She got Sanem to calm down. She suggested to Sanem to stop trying to get Can to remember her. She should avoid him as much as possible. Sanem said it would kill her to avoid him, but she would try it Mihriban's way.

The next morning, Can and Sanem were leaving for the agency at the same time. Can offered to give her a ride. Sanem refused and said she called a taxi. Can told her that made no sense since they were going to the same place. Sanem said it made perfect sense to her. Her taxi arrived and she got in. Can stood there not understanding what happened. She rode with him every day and now she has done a complete 180 degrees. It bothered him because he could not figure out why she was acting this way now.

Sanem arrived at the agency before Can. She went straight to her office. She refused to bring Can tea and she basically refused to acknowledge his presence. She did not even enter his office at all. Can was meeting with a potential client. She was a long-legged beautiful woman who dressed somewhat like Can. Sanem had seen her enter Can's office. Can came and found Sanem. He told her he was taking a potential client to lunch and wanted her to join them. Sanem declined. She suggested Can take Deren, Muzzo or Cey Cey with him. Can said he wanted her to go. Again, Sanem declined and told him she already had lunch plans. Can was floored over her refusal. So, he went without her. When the workday was over, Can once again offered to drive her home. Sanem declined once again. She told Can she would take a taxi because she wasn't sure if she was even going home tonight. Can shut her office door. He asked Sanem what was going on. She has been avoiding him all day. Sanem said nothing was going on. She was moving on with her life. She said isn't that what people do. Can told her first you are with me all the time, trying to get me to remember you. You kept pulling stunts to help jog my memory. And now, you don't even want to be in the same room as me. Sanem told him she felt like she was suffocating him and acting juvenile. She said she was done trying. She has come to realize he will never remember her, and she is wasting her time. She then walked out of the room to catch her taxi. Can realized after she walked out of the room, she overheard his and his dad's conversation yesterday. He could imagine the pain she felt when she heard the things he was saying.

Sanem took the taxi to her parent's house. She decided to stay there for the night. She really did not want to go back to the farm and see Can. It hurt her to keep seeing him when things were different now. She ate dinner with her parents, Leyla and Embre. She then walked to the rocks to think. She was sitting there for a while, when she felt him approaching her. She turned slightly and looked at him. She asked him what he was doing there. He said he was looking for her. She said I was just leaving and started to walk away. Can called out her name. She stopped and turned around. He asked her why suddenly, she couldn't even be near him. Sanem told him she didn't know what he was talking about. Can told her he needed to know why. Sanem said what difference does it make. You don't even know me. Can told her she wasn't giving him a chance to know her. Can said first your jealous, then you avoid me. Your mind is here and there and here and there. Can asked her what she wanted from him. Sanem told him she wanted nothing from him. She wanted her Can back, but she realizes he is gone and is not coming back. She then turned around and walked back to her parent's house. Can just stood there. He was hurt and shocked over what she just said.
