Soon, Sanem and Can were home with all four of their babies. The triplets loved their little brother, Omer. Can turned his office into a nursery for Omer. Can's plans were to build himself an office once things calmed down. Sanem was in their bedroom putting clothes away. She was in there a long time, so Can went in search of his wife. He found her sitting on their bed. She was holding his handgun. Can had completely forgotten about buying the gun. He bought it to protect his family when Hakan was terrorizing his wife. He reached over and took the gun from her hand. She looked up at him, her face full of anger. She asked Can what that gun was doing in their house...around their children. Can explained why he purchased the gun. Sanem asked why she was not consulted about this kind of purchase. Can told her he never mentioned it because he knew she would had never agreed. Sanem told him he was right. She told him he knew how she felt about guns in the house...especially with their children in the house. She asked Can how he could do something like this. Can told her he panicked when Hakan was terrorizing her and his family. He never wanted to lose her or their kids. Sanem stood up from the bed and walked out of the room. Can stared after her.
Sanem went outside and sat on the balcony. The triplets were at school and Omer was sleeping peacefully in his crib. Can came outside and sat down beside her. He knew she was angry with him, but he had to at least try to make her see reason. Can tried again to explain himself, but Sanem got up and walked into the house. She did not want to hear anymore excuses from her husband about that dam gun. Can followed her. He was getting angry that Sanem kept walking away from him. He yelled at her to stop. Sanem kept walking. He caught up with her and grabbed her arm to stop her. Sanem jerked her arm loose from his grasp. Sanem told him she did not want to here anymore excuses about the gun. He went against what she wanted and never even tried to talk to her about it. She did not want to talk to him right now. Can said fine and stormed out of the house. He got in his truck and peeled out of the driveway. He headed to the agency to get some work done. He was so angry with Sanem for not listening to his explanation. That woman could be so dam stubborn. He arrived at the agency and stormed to his office. Emre knew something was wrong and went to see if he could help.
Emre asked him what was going on. Can told him what happened this morning with Sanem over the gun incident. He told Emre she would not even listen to him. Emre told Can he knew how Sanem felt about guns in the house. He told Can he knew this would happen if she ever found out. Can told him he knew. He had actually forgotten about the gun until now. He had hidden it during the crap with Hakan and really forgot about it. Emre told Can that Sanem would eventually calm down and he could talk to her then. Can told him he hoped he was right. Can tried to call and text Sanem all day, but she refused to answer her phone or text messages. Dam, that woman was stubborn. He tried all day to reach her but got nothing in return. He threw himself into his work. He pushed Sanem to the back of his mind. He had a meeting with a potential client this afternoon, so he finished up the work for this client. When he entered the conference room, his clients were already there. It was his old friend Sinan and his sister, Sude. Can greeted his old friend, but vaguely remembered Sude. She was so young when Sinan and him hung out. Sude asked Can if he was going to greet her. Can smiled and hugged Sude. He welcomed her to his agency. Sinan asked where his beautiful wife was today. Can told him she was home with their newborn son. Sinan asked how many kids that made him now. Can smiled and said he had four children. Can said he had triplets and then the newborn boy, Omer. Sinan congratulated him. Can smiled with pride. They concluded their business and Sinan asked Can if he wanted to grab some lunch. Can said that sounded good. Can let Emre know where he was going.
Sanem was going crazy back home. She had to get out of this house. She got Omer ready and put him in the minivan. She would go visit her parents today. She started heading that way. She was driving through town and stopped at a red light. She happened to look over at the café she stopped beside and saw her husband through the café window. He was having lunch with a young, beautiful woman. They seem to be laughing and enjoying each other's company. Sanem felt her heart drop. Can just happened to look out the café window and saw his wife at the stop light. He smiled at her and waved. Sanem turned her head away from Can. The light turned green and she continued driving. She didn't stop until she reached her parents' house.
