SANEM GOES BACK TO THE AGENCY

6 months later

The day center at the agency was finally up and running. Sanem and Leyla both were back to work. Sanem was sharing an office with Can and Leyla was sharing with Emre. All of their kids were downstairs in the nursery. Sanem was so happy being back and next to her husband. They were working on a new campaign for a women's shoe company. Sanem and Can were racking their brain for a slogan for the campaign. Sanem said what about "Beauty is in the foot of the beholder". Can didn't seem to like it. Sanem said how about "Walk this way into beauty". Can didn't like this one either. Sanem told him she was so out of practice. She had been away from the agency for to long, she said. Can smiled at her and said no. Your back here with me and that's all that matters. Sanem smiled. Sanem said I got it. "The shoes made for a woman". Can said I like it. We will run it by the team. They had to schedule a photo shoot with women modeling the different shoes. Cey Cey and Muzzo were choosing the different models for the shoot. Can told them to pay attention to their face, not their face. They said OK.

It was lunchtime, so Can and Sanem went downstairs to check on the triplets. They were eating their lunch, so Can and Sanem did not interrupt. Can and Sanem went out for lunch at a pizzeria. Sanem loved her pizza. Can asked her how she liked being back at the agency. Sanem said she loved it. She really missed everyone. Can told her had missed her being there. Her smiles, her kisses, her tea. He said now he gets to see her at work and at home. Sanem told him he was going to get sick of seeing her all the time. Can said that would never happen. After lunch, they headed back to the nursery before going back to work. All the kids, even their babies, were sitting in a circle listening to a worker read a story to them. Their son, Atesh didn't seem interested in story time and was trying to escape to go explore the toys. Can smiled and said that's my boy. Always on the go; always exploring.

Can and Sanem headed back upstairs to meet the team about the shoe campaign. Cey Cey and Muzzo found the models needed for the shoot. Sanem came up with the slogan. Can said they still needed a shoot location. Deren said she would find that. The owner of the shoe company would be there in two days to look at their presentation. They needed to get everything ready by then. Deren suggested the park across the street for the location. Can loved the idea. Can said tomorrow we would start the photo shoot and get everything together for campaign. They needed it done in two days, so they could present it to the shoe company.

The next day, the team was at the park. The models had arrived, the shoes were there. The photo shoot began. After a few hours, Can was satisfied with the results. They wrapped everything up and headed back to the agency. The team put everything together for their presentation tomorrow. Everyone was satisfied with their results. Sanem and Can went to the nursery to check on their little ones. They were all down for a nap. Can said let's take a walk to get some fresh air. Sanem said OK. They held hands while walking through the park. Sanem said it feels like old times; sneaking off to be with each other. Can said we no longer have to sneak around. Sanem smiled and said she kind of liked sneaking around with him. It was adventurous. Can said yes, those were great days, but we are having even better days now. They stopped at a little cafe along way to have lunch. They both ordered pasta with meatballs. After they ate, they slowly made their way back to the agency. They walked with Can's arm around her shoulders. She had her arm wrapped around his back. She felt like a teenager in love.

Once they day was over, Can and Sanem went and picked up the triplets. Sanem was so happy to see them. She missed them so much. After they picked up the triplets, they headed home. Sanem asked Can what he wanted for dinner. Can smiled a mischievous smile and said her. Sanem's face turned red with embarrassment. Sanem said I am serious. Can said I am too. She play swatted him and told him to behave. Can said whatever she made was fine with him. Can praised her cooking skills. He told her she had improved so much since they first met. Sanem laughed and asked if he remembered the cutlets, she made him that were over spiced with pepper. Can said how could I forget. He said his insides burned for a week. Sanem said they were bad. Can said very, very, very bad.

Once they got the triplets in the house, Sanem went to start dinner. Can was playing with the kids on the living room floor. Sanem heard them all giggling from the kitchen. Sanem made hamburger, salad, corn on the cob and she cut up some fruit. It was nothing fancy, but it would do the trick. Once it was done, she called everyone to the table. Can looked at the food and said, yummy my favorites. Sanem laughed and said all food was his favorite. Can said especially when you cook it, my darling. Everyone ate and chatted. Of course, the triplet's language was limited. It was mostly short words and a whole lot of babble. The triplets seem to understand each other with their babble. It was like they had their own form of language. Sanem could not wait for the day they could talk, walk and run. After dinner, Can cleaned up the kitchen and Sanem starting giving the kids their bath. She had to do them one at a time. She was afraid one would slip under the water. She had just finished bathing the girls and went in search of her son, Atesh. Of course, she found him crawling around in the living area. Can snatched him up and said he would bath him. He gave Sanem a quick kiss and headed to the bathroom. Sanem tucked the girls in for the night and headed to her own bedroom.

When Can got Atesh dressed and tucked into bed, he went in search of his wife. He found her already in her pajamas, sitting on the bed, writing in her book. Can sat down beside her and kissed her cheek. He asked her how her second novel was coming along. Sanem smiled and said it was almost done. Can asked if he got to read it. Sanem said of course since it was about them. He said he would read it with pleasure. He told her how proud he was of her for everything she has accomplished. He said since the day he met her, she has amazed him, and she continues to do so. Sanem said he had always encouraged her, pushed her to do her best and stood by her. She told him if she had never met him, she doesn't know what her life would be like today. Can said they we owe Cey Cey a big thank you. If he had not given you the wrong directions that night at the opera house, we would have never met in the dark and shared that explosive kiss. Sanem said explosive, huh? Can smiled and asked should he remind her how explosive it was?
